1 Silver Hair Red Eyes and a Blue Moon

Bang! The sound of a window being opened woke me up, as I looked around, I was gazing through a familiar scene, the blue moon outside the window, a white wallpaper on the walls, a mirror right across my bed. And through the mirror, I could see myself carrying a panicked expression. My reflection showed a caramel skinned 16 year old with jet black hair, Hazel Green eyes, and a pretty athletic on the skinnier side build.

I was sweating intensely due to a reoccurring nightmare I had, it was about a past event where I had to watch my mother being murdered. I currently lived with my uncle who was only 6 years older than me, he took me in after I was left an orphan due to having no parents to look after me. My mother's death, and my father being a no show since birth, left my uncle being the only family member I had who could take care of me.

I realized I got lost in thought for a second and ignored what woke me up so I started analyzing my small room trying to figure out if it wasn't only wind that knocked open my window. Having nothing out of the ordinary in my immediate field of view I got up and decided I should take a closer look, as I got up I heard something above me which made me stop dead in my tracks, it was a loud thump sound and as soon as I heard it, Along came a horrible feeling, it felt like fear, almost like every primal instinct in me told me I was in danger. It was so sudden... like there was someone who let out killing intent and it was directed torwards me. My fingers were shaking along with my legs which caused a slight tremble in my body, I knew something bad was going to happen and my body just moved by itself and decided to look up.

When I looked up I was slightly shocked, I didn't expect the source of current horror to be a beautiful lady, she looked to be around twenty. I was enamored by her appearance, her porcelain, ice cold, white skin, and red eyes with a black slit for a pupil along with a mole on her right cheek and red lips on the bigger side which gave her a sexy look. She was beautiful, and I've never seen silky silver hair like hers in my entire life, she looked almost magical like she wasn't even human.

Wait how is she hanging onto the roof like that?! It took me a couple seconds due to shock to realize that it wasn't possible to lay like that. She looked into my shocked face, Which cause me to be staring directly into her red eyes, while in eye contact she let out a smirk which revealed a overly exaggerated canine, it was at least 2 times bigger than it normally should be, she was amused over the fear she was causing and I knew it. The tension was shortly lived as she jumped and landed on top of me which caused us to land back into my bed.

"What are you doing !!" I asked her, then I noticed her brute strength which terrified me. She stayed silent, her only response was covering my mouth with her soft cold white hands. I tried fighting back but it felt impossible to even make her budge. Tears were falling the side of my face as I realized that there was absolutely nothing I could do. I was frozen at the feeling of me being prey. There was a sudden realization that my life was really at risk and I'd probably die today. Looking into her red eyes only made me realize how much she desired devouring me. At the thought of helplessness after a couple seconds I suddenly felt this type of calm, it was after the feeling of fear sank in, it was like my body was instinctually reacting by staying as cool headed as possible, I could hear my heart banging like a drum I was sure that anyone near the area could hear it but my mind was cool as ice I was thinking rationally and realized that there was no possible situation where I could get out of this.

—She was surprised at how fast it took for the boy to calm down and accept the inevitable, even though it's obvious that nothing could prevent the situation. Every other normal human being she encountered would be screaming and even breaking bones to try to free themselves from her grasp which only resulted in an ugly sight. But on the contrary this boy was looking directly into her eyes calmly and she even felt a bit of fear from his dominating gaze—

She was analyzing me for what felt like a minute but in reality we were only face to face for a couple seconds. I finally calmed down and was just waiting for my inevitable demise. She stared at me and her beautiful lips opened, I was surprised. Then she started talking the only words she said were "don't take it personal it's only nature running it's course, but it's a shame since you're so cute". I opened my mouth about to attempt to respond and next thing I saw was her canines and a blur, I couldn't even see her as she sank her fangs into my throat. I felt a cold sensation as she drained my entire body dry, it was almost peaceful. My body started feeling warm and I knew that along with it would be my death. I slowly closed my eyes and started feeling my mind going blank. As I drifted into unconsciousness I knew death would come with it.
