Logan becomes a Vampire

The people all had their cloaks on in the color black. Logan descended the stairs with his cloak which was a dark red color.

They all sat behind the round table. The eldest amidst the stood up to declare some manifestos.

"Today" he began "Logan will become a full fledged vampire. Again, we're making a new generation for our clan. And now, the blood ritual shall begin"

A metal cup was passed about while everyone slashed themselves with a knife and dripped their blood in the cup.

"Logan! It's time"

Logan withdrew the cup from the man and drank the content without looking at it.

He then start to wriggle his neck. Vein lines were so obvious around his neck. Them slowly,he had fangs. The pain was indeed excruciating but, it was all a process he had to undergo.

His nail length extended and slowly, he came back to normal.

The leader chanted some words in the vampire language and the rest responded.

Layla sat humbly looking at Logan with a smile smeared on her face.

"What do you think Logan's special ability will be?"Layla asked her mother secretively.

"Layla" am elder called. He had overheard them cause his special ability was hearing sounds even from distance. " You shouldn't be curious about a vampire's special ability it's against the rule"

"Why Elder Sullivan?"Layla asked again.

"It could turn to their weakness"

"That's not going to be a problem when Layla gets married to Logan" Layla's mom said sitting like a royal.

"Marriage?" Logan finally said looking dazed.

"Yes Logan"

"Attention! This ritual is not for the purpose of bringing a marriage proposal" The eldest female amidst them said. "It's solely for Logan...so shall we continue with the rest of the ritual?"

The ritual continued and the red sky slowly drifted back to it's normal form. It was morning already.
