11 leaving Konoha
It had been two months since Jiraiya's departure, Kushina was panting from exhaustion, she had pushed her body to the limit with today's training.
She was in the bathtub, bathing after a hard training.
"Haaaa, Ji-chan's training is so hard" Kushina sighed.
"Don't complain brat, with this training you are much better than your previous pathetic form" Kurama said to Kushina who was annoyed "Who are you calling pathetic furball?" Kushina said angrily. "You stupid, smelly brat. Before training you were pathetic, not worthy of a being like me" Kurama replied to Kushina who upon hearing that a mischievous look crossed her face "oh, you're saying I'm super powerful now huh" Kushina stated. "Hardly acceptable" Kurama refuted. "I'll kick your ass you stupid furball."

Kushina and Kurama were arguing for half an hour until Kushina said "Shukaku is better than you" Kurama hearing it "HOW DARE YOU COMPARE THE GREAT KYUBI WHIT THAT DISGUSTING RACOON"
After that no one spoke an awkward silence was created until Kushina spoke up "Ne Ne Ne, don't get mad over something so small" Kushina said in an apologetic tone. "Hump" Kurama snorted. "Ok, I won't do it again, you are much better than that raccoon plus he only has one tail while you have nine clearly you are superior" Kushina continued apologizing. "Don't do it again or me the great Kyubi won't let you use my chakra again"
Kushina was now in the kitchen just about to prepare dinner someone knocked on the door. When Kushina opened the door she found a teenage boy with grayish white hair and a black mask covering the lower half of his face, his ninja band covered his left eye.
"Oh, hi kakashi-kun how are you?" Kushina said to Kakashi
"I'm fine Kushina-ne, I came to inform you that Minato sensei is calling you, he said he found what you were looking for" Kakashi replied in a monotonous tone
"oh, thanks for informing me Kakashi-kun, tell Minato I'll be there in a few minutes" Kushina replied to Kakashi who disappeared with a sunshin.
10 minutes later Kushina was in Minato's office, in the office were Minato and next to him a tall man with long white hair and a shinobi shield on his forehead that had the words sannin written on it.
"Hello Minato-kun" Kushina said ignoring the man beside her.
"Huh, is this how you treat your elders?" Said the man annoyed that Kushina didn't greet him.
Kushina looked at him in disgust and said "That's more than you deserve pervy sage, if he finds out you spied on the women again you'll find out" Kushina said with intimidating aura
Jiraiya broke out in a cold sweat, he could only pray to the gods that Kushina wouldn't find out that he had been spying on the hot springs this morning "I don't do that Kushina-chan how could the great toad sage Jiraiya do such an undignified act as atoning the honorable ladies of Konoha while they bathe. I would never do that," Jiraiya said. Kushina who heard that rolled her eyes as she didn't believe a single word the pervert said.
Ignoring, the pervert she looked at her husband and said "Do you have her location" She asked her husband "Yes dear, Jiraiya-sensei used his spy network to find her, right now she is in Tanzaku-gai and will be there for a month" Minato replied.
"Perfect, I'll leave tomorrow to look for her" Kushina said to her husband.
"I don't think that's a good idea" Said the sannin suddenly. He earned a death glare from Kushina who said "And why wouldn't it be a good idea pervy sage?" Kushina said to Jiraiya. "The council wouldn't allow the Jinchuriki to leave the village without a good reason for it, besides if you were allowed to leave you could never go without ambu escort" Jiraiya replied.
"If you get in my way I'll break you in half" Kushina said angrily.
"Relax Kushina-chan, they won't say anything if you take some shinobi with you as escort" Said Minato, as he said that Jiraiya stepped forward and said "I'll go with you, so no one can say anything since the legendary sannin will be traveling with you" Said with a smile the pervy sage
"No, no way will I travel with pervert like you, besides you just want to go to try to hit on her again" Kushina instantly denied, Not that she hated Jiraiya, even though he didn't take good care of his son in Jiraiya-chan's timeline he tried to make up for it and became a good grandfather figure to his son. The only thing wrong with Jiraiya was his perversions, something Kushina despised to the core.
Jiraiya upon hearing Kushina's blunt refusal got depressed, he knows how obstinate Kushina is once she decides something it's almost impossible to make her change her mind
"Kushina understand that it is not possible for you to travel alone outside the village, you are a very valuable person to the village" Minato said to Kushina who replied "You mean I am a very valuable weapon to the village and they can't lose it" Kushina said angrily as she turned and walked away
Before Kushina left Jiraiya said "You have to understand that we can't risk losing you just because you want to see your cousin Kushina" Jiraiya said as Minato nodded. Kushina didn't even look at them she walked out of the room and closed the door with a loud bang.
Two hours later already at home Kushina had just finished dinner when she hears "I'm home" Minato shouted as he walked in. Minato seeing Kushina motioned to her to which she nodded. Kushina walked to a wall next to the entrance and looked for the secret seal embedded in the wall then activated it with her chakra "Haaaa, I can finally act normal" Kushina sighed then looked at Minato with a smile and said "Welcome home sweetie" to which Minato smiled and hugged her.
" Were they listening?" Minato asked his wife "Yes, there were 2 root ninjas sneaking around and when I activated the senpugan I could see Danzo listening in a secret room just below the office" Kushina said to Minato.
"You performed well at that time" Said Minato congratulating Kushina who gave a smug smile said "Well of course I'm the best."
"When are you planning to leave, tonight or tomorrow?" asked Minato
"Tomorrow morning, tonight we have to say goodbye properly" Kushina said with a slight blush on her cheeks hinting at what they would be doing tonight
Minato hearing what Kushina said blushed "Then let's eat quickly I already want the night to come" He teased Kushina who blushed even more.
While they were eating Kushina said "It was a good plan you created together with Ji-chan" Kushina said to Minato.
"Yeah, we were all this month acting, now Danzo and the village thinks we are fighting" Minato said.
"What did they say when they found out that I intended to leave the village just to see my cousin?" Kushina asked
"The ones who took it the worst was the civil council controlled by Danzo, they denied vehemently for you to take a single step out of the village. If it was just the civil council I wouldn't take their opinions very seriously, but they were joined by the councilors, danzo and Hiruzen." Minato explained
"Hiruzen? I never thought he would be standing next to Danzo openly" Kushina said.
"He didn't refuse to let you go out, but rather insisted that you at least be escorted by the ambu or some powerful shinobi. That's when I suggested that you go with Jiraiya, although the civil council and the councilmen were still not convinced with my and Hiruzen's support they relented" Explained Minato
"The shinobi council members kept up appearances, didn't they?" Kushina asked.
"Yes, they acted as planned, they supported your departure under the argument that you are an s-ranked kunoichi and are capable of protecting yourself while others pretended to be against it"
"I still don't understand why I can't just create my clan and then bring back the missing uzumakis" Kushina said to Minato.
"Danzo wouldn't allow you to recreate the uzumaki clan that you fear so much. Even more so when you are the jinchuriki and I am the Hokage. The uzumaki clan will have a lot of power and will also be very rich since the fuinjutsu market is practically our monopoly. Danzo is not going to sit around while we rebuild the Uzumaki clan."

"And Hiruzen Sarutobi has rejected us?" asked Kushina to Minato.
"I didn't look for it, I don't trust Hiruzen, there's a big risk that he would tell Danzo and that would ruin our plans" Minato explained.
To which Kushina nodded she didn't trust Hiruzen either since he let Danzó destroy almost all the royal clans and if that wasn't enough he let Naruto suffer through his entire childhood without worrying about his well being.
"We already have the most important clans on our side, only one royal clan is missing and no one can deny us the reconstruction of the Uzumaki clan anymore" Minato explained.
"oh, that's why you told me to look for her first" Kushina said to Minato.
"Yes, with her support no one can stop the restoration of the uzumaki clan. And if you get him to join the clan the uzumaki clan would automatically transform into the strongest clan" Said Minato
"I will definitely get her to join, even if it's by beating her" Kushina said with determination, she looked at Minato and said "You have worked hard this week Minato-kun, the meetings with the clan leaders must have been exhausting" After saying that she walked up to Minato and whispered in his ear "You deserve a prize for all the hard work you have done" Minato hearing what Kushina said immediately warmed up and said "And what would the prize be, my dear?" After Kushina recovered and had breakfast Minato asked her "Are you ready?" to which Kushina replied "Yes, I have everything I need on this scroll. I have left you clones 30 clones sealed in that scroll, each one with enough chakra to last a day, they will be in charge of appearing in the village so as not to raise suspicion, if you need more just teleport to my position and I will replenish them."
Kushina was wearing a totally black ninja clothing, on her head she had a shinobi cap that covered her whole head only leaving the part of her eyes uncovered, she was carrying a red katana hanging from her waist
Minato put his hand on Kushina's shoulder and made a hand seal and they teleported 50 kilometers away from Konoha.
They were in the forests of the fire country, Minato looked at Kushina and said "Take care of yourself honey, and bring her back" Minato encouraged Kushina who replied "I will, rest be assured, dattebane."
