Two hours after starting the surgery on his grandparents Jiraiya was exhausted both mentally and physically, he hadn't known what sleep was for months. He was running away from Momoshiki and the other otsusuki all over the shinobi world, but it was all in vain in the end he was still defeated, no matter how much he trained he could never compete with the otsusuki. They were stronger physically and mentally, plus they had various dojutsu at their disposal. Although he had "killed" several of them so much that he could be considered an expert in killing otsusukis, it was all in vain, they always came back, that damned karma seal allowed them to come back again and again.

"Fuin" Jiraiya shouted after that the drawing that was on the paper spread over the body of both of them.

Five hours later
Minato and Kushina who were blindfolded started to wake up.
"Don't take off the blindfolds" warned Jiraiya to Kushina who was trying to take them off "your eyes are very sensitive, if you take it off now it will hurt like hell" Jiraiya said to his grandparents who were still dazed by the sensations of their bodies
"How do you feel" asked Jiraiya to both of them.
The first to answer was Kushina who said "I feel amazing Ji-chan, I feel like I can kick anyone's ass" Kushina said while showing raising her fist.

For starters this new dojutsu has two sets of skills that are divided into what I call passive and active.
The dojutsu has three passive skills that serve to complement the active skills
One - Mind Enhancement. That is, the dojutsu constantly improves the mental energy of the bearer, in other words improves intelligence, analytical thinking and strategizing. Which means that, even if the bearer has not yet awakened the dojutsu his mental energy will be constantly strengthened, which makes all bearers of the dojutsu to be considered geniuses.
Two - Accelerated Thinking. This ability does require the dojutsu to be activated. The bearer of the dojutsu will think several times faster than a normal person, allowing him to strategize and react much faster than a normal shinobi.
Three- Accelerated perception. Similar to sharingan the dojutsu user has his perception enhanced, once the dojutsu is activated the user can better see everything around him giving him the illusion that everything is in slow motion.
Now let's talk about the active skills. The dojutsu has three active skills
One- Future vision. users of the dojutsu can see up to a maximum of 3 seconds into the future. Upon awakening this ability they can only see between 0.5 and 1 seconds into the future. This ability allows the wearer to predict movements and actions.
Two- Perfect chakra control. Allows the user to control the chakra perfectly. Which allows him to learn and create new jutsu and also eliminates the waste of chakra when performing jutsu.
Three- Vision of essence. Allows the user to see the essence of his enemies' techniques, analyze it and see their weaknesses.
This ability along with the memory enhancement and perception enhancement granted by dojutsu allows the user to copy the enemy's abilities from jutsu, taijutsu, kenjutsu and genjutsu. (Does not allow copying kekkei genkai).
This ability makes the bearer immune to most genjutsu with the exception of the infinite tsukuyomy of Kaguya and Madara since it uses the energy of an entire planet" Jiraiya explained to his grandparents who were astonished, but before they could say anything he continued.
"These are the basic abilities of the dojutsu, but there is something more to this dojutsu, something that makes this dojutsu the ultimate.....
This dojutsu will evolve according to the user's needs, as the user gets stronger the dojutsu will accompany him and get stronger" Said Jiraiya proud of his creation.

One, talent, to awaken the dojutsu you have to be talented, something that is guaranteed since I purified the uzumaki bloodline. Two, psychological stimulation is necessary, but unlike that of the uchihas, the dojutsu of the uzumaki clan is awakened with the desire to protect loved ones.

Another thing, no one can steal this dojutsu, only someone from the uzumaki clan can carry it, even if in the future someone like orochimaru or some otsusuki takes over the body of some uzumaki the dojutsu will not be activated since it is connected from birth with the soul of the baby" Jiraiya continued explaining who continued

Minato was glad to hear it as it had a perfect name "Eyes of annihilation uzumaki" Minato said happily, but all he got was a scoff from Kushina "what a crappy name" Kushina then started thinking of a perfect name for the new dojutsu "Rasengan would be the perfect name for this dojutsu" Kushina said to which Jiraiya replied "But rasengan is already the name of grandfather's technique" Kushina once again started thinking "senpugan, yes senpugan is the perfect name, right Ji-chan? " To which Jiraiya replied enthusiastically "yes, grandma you're a genius at names!"
Jiraiya then looked at the starry sky through the window "Senpugan, that's the power that will finish you off."
