23 Ch-23 The Seal of the Uzumaki Kagutsuchi and Mito's Warning.

With an unexpected and sudden motion, he came to an abrupt stop, pivoted on his heels, and turned his gaze towards Sarutobi Hiruzen and the others. His countenance was grave and serious as he intoned, "Take heed of my words: despite the fact that I have cast Mito out from the Uzumaki clan and barred her from our village, if any harm should come to her as a result of your actions, I will ensure that the entire village of Konoha is buried along with her." A fervent and intense surge of Reiatsu exploded from his being, enveloping everyone in a fiery inferno that singed their senses. And just like that, Kagutsuchi vanished into thin air, leaving behind a stunned and speechless crowd.

As soon as Mito arrived, she overheard Kagutsuchi's words and a surge of warmth swept over her heart. Memories of her childhood flooded her mind, where she spent countless hours playing with Kagutsuchi who always teased and made her laugh. She was lost in thought, her mind wandering back to those carefree days when her heart was filled with pure joy. And then, suddenly, a long-forgotten smile lit up her face, the kind that was genuine and heartfelt. The people around her noticed the transformation and were moved by the radiance of her smile. It was as though they could feel the joy emanating from her soul.

After a moment of contemplation, Mito regained her composure and directed her gaze towards Sarutobi Hiruzen.

"Before we proceed any further, there are two things I need to inform you about," began Uzumaki Mito, addressing Sarutobi Hiruzen. "Firstly, my uncle placed a seal on me which limits my ability to use sealing techniques on others. I can only use them on myself, specifically to control the power of the Nine-Tails within me. Secondly, due to this seal, I am unable to assist you with repairing the barrier that my uncle broke."

Sarutobi Hiruzen was taken aback by this revelation and turned to Mito, asking incredulously, "Even you, Mito-sama, are unable to break this seal?"

Mito responded patiently, "If the seal was placed on my body through a sealing technique, I might have been able to try and remove it. However, my uncle placed the seal on my soul, and I am unable to even consider removing it. I can simply feel the presence of the seal within my soul, and nothing more."

Upon hearing Mito's explanation, Sarutobi Hiruzen lapsed into deep thought. He realized that Mito was not lying, for as a Kage-level powerhouse himself, he understood that the power employed by Uzumaki Kagutsuchi was intricately tied to the soul, even though he could not discern the specifics.

After hearing to Mitos words Sarutobi Hiruzen can just nod helplessly.

Mito adopted a warning tone as she continued, "And there is one more thing I need to say. Until now, I have chosen to overlook the hostility that you and your companions have directed towards me and my Senju family. However, from this day onwards, I caution you to be aware that if even a single member of the Senju family is harmed and I detect even a hint of your involvement, I will make sure that your entire family is buried alongside them." As Mito's words fell, despite being injured by Kagutsuchi, her aura of dominance was overwhelming.

Upon hearing Mito's words, a chill ran down the spines of everyone present, particularly the Konoha F4.

Mito addressed Sarutobi Hiruzen directly, "I am aware that you might be wondering how I could detect hostility from you, given that you were trained to conceal your intentions and your clan possesses the method to counter the Kagura heart eye abilities of the Uzumaki clan."

Hiruzen quickly responded, "Mito-sama, I would never think to doubt your abilities and my clan doesn't have such a thing."

Mito shook her head and turned to face Hiruzen, "Your father, Sarutobi Sasuke, had a best friend from the Uzumaki family who possessed the rare Kagura Heart Eye. This Uzumaki taught your father how to conceal his emotions flawlessly, and in order to keep the method a secret, your father killed his friend. However, your father was unaware that the Uzumaki's summoning beast had the unique ability to communicate with its summoner from a great distance. As a result, news of the Uzumaki's death reached the clan, ultimately leading to your father's own demise."

Mito's voice was calm and measured as she recounted the tale, her gaze fixed on Hiruzen. The weight of her words hung heavily in the air, and the Konoha elders shifted uncomfortably, their faces tense with unease. It was clear that Mito's knowledge of their clan's past was far-reaching and her power was not to be underestimated. Hiruzen, in particular, felt a chill run down his spine at the mention of his father's actions and their repercussions. He knew he had made a grave mistake underestimating Mito and her clan.

Mito turned her attention to Tsunade and issued her command. "Go and gather all the members of the Senju family and instruct them to construct a temporary dwelling for us to live in." Her tone was firm, yet there was a hint of kindness in her voice. Tsunade nodded, a sense of relief washing over her. It was clear that Mito's actions were driven by a sense of duty towards her clan, but she was also compassionate towards those who were loyal to her family.

Tsunade was about to speak but Mito raised her hand, cutting her off. "I understand you must have many questions, but let's save them for another time. Right now, I'm exhausted," she said.

Tsunade showed her wisdom by refraining from asking any further questions and gently guided Mito away from the place.

Danzo approached Sarutobi, clutching his right shoulder with his left hand, and spoke with a grave tone, "Hiruzen, this situation is not good. If Mito truly possesses this level of protection for her clan, then it's highly likely that another person with the power of our sensei may emerge from the Senju family."

Sarutobi Hiruzen replied, "What do you suggest then? I cannot fight her, and I am not even confident in my ability to defeat her even without the Nine Tails. She could crush me in an instant if she were to use its power."

"And I implore you to cease your targeting of the Senju family from this moment forward, or else Mito-sama may take action that we will all come to regret," Hiruzen continued firmly, his voice carrying a note of warning.
