We know about TIME. No one is faster here because time even exists for speed of light. I mean light also travels 360000km in one second so which means that light also has lots of time to travel in one minute, approx. ; 360000*60. kilometers.. Like can you even imagining of travelling in this speed. See we are so much dependent on time like each and everything depends upon time. Now listen to the sound you are just hearing. Just focus for 5 seconds.. (5.....4....3...2...1..). See this is also a time series of five seconds. You heard something. If nothing you experienced a silence of 5 second and you came to know that 5 seconds was peaceful because you weren't hearing anything. These facts show that time brings peace and noise both. Just LET THE TIME GO ON......
