Skills subbar? Whats that?

As far as Sam knew he was the only individual to have something know as a "skills subbar", but seeing as it has numbers for specific skills, it could be useful. "I should keep this to myself." Sam says discreetly in his room. Sam had been meditating for 3 hours straight, yet his mana was only at 12. He knew if he was going to defeat Zarnoth he would need to get stronger fast. "Hey! Sam! Come down its supper!" Sam's eldest brother Sars the 4th yells. "Okay! Okay! I'm coming brother!" Sam replies in an irratied mood.

Sam has recently turned 10, and opon turning ten he gains a small land to govern. Think of it as a tutorial for a prince. The land Sam was given is a small farming village on the northwest area of Agarath, it is called burntberry. It is super self sustaining so Sam would barely have to do anything. Upon reaching the village Sam is greeted with many gifts and welcomes from the people. "My lord you've arrived please have this pie." An elderly woman says with the sweetest pie Sam has ever had dangling in front of him after a 4 day trip. Sam indulges in the womans pie. He didn't need to take a break from eating to catch his breath, because of his {Breath Control} skill.

-1 month later

After 1 month of settling down in his new village he becomes acquainted with the village elder Barson, the village elder was a 5'7 man with long hair in a man bun, his hair was snow white, he had a beard but it was very short, you could barely call it a beard after seeing the kingdom's wizard. What was most notible about Barson was his surprisingly fit body, he had a chiseled eight pack and arms that could crush a watermelon by tapping it, Sam could sense that the elder was hiding his true identity, but thought nothing of it as he was doing the same.

'A notification?' Sam checks his system and under skills he sees {Aura Sensing}. 'hmm? Fascinating.' This "Aura" made Sam curious about the elder, and who he really was, but thought it not important for now.
