'Really!? He made me sound special!' Sam thought. "How many!?" Sam asks out loud. "Me, you, and one other." The Elder answers.

"Who's the other?" Sam asks. "His name is unknown, but he is called 'Yog-Sothoth', or 'All knowing'." The Elder replies.

"He is said to have reached Lucifer, but once seeing his power he lost his mind briefly. After regaining his sanity he decided to devote himself to studying the universe and solving all mysterys." Elder explains.

"But, none of this is important for now cultivating should be your goal for now." Elder exclaims.

"Okay!" Sam replies as he enters the lotus position. He begins focusing on his breath; On each breath he imagines taking in Qi, then his blood circulating Qi with the O2, and upon circulating he imagines his Qi core, taking the Qi into itself, slowly becoming stronger and larger.

His core starting from the size of a pin head, and growing one centimeter every 3 hours. He continues like this for a seemingly endless amount of time.
