This was the second time Wendy gave birth, and the entire process was smooth. She was supposed to stay in the hospital for the next three days, but Michael was worried, so she stayed there for seven days. Finally, it was time for Wendy to go home.
Michael had been staying by Wendy's side over the past seven days. He did not let her out of his sight. Even when they were back at home, Michael remained very cautious. He carried Wendy and placed her gently on the bed.
