The screaming and loud noise didn't even pause for a second the whole night.

The loud screams and desperate entreaty of men, women, and children once again filled the large hall and ruined the peaceful night just like what usually happen in the mansion before.

Helena tried her best not to cry on the scene she's been seeing in front of her. She hardly shut her eyes and tried to ignore the endless sound filling the mansion hall. The endless sound of fear, torture, and death that makes her feel that she has been living in a nightmare wherein she do not have the choice to wake up and exit from the hideous sight of merciless killing of many innocent people regardless of their age. From the age as young as a newly born infant to the oldest ones, they are all brutally executed and disposed as worthless garbage.

"She might be one of them. She's been roaming around the place most of the time." One of the black-suited guy mutters from the crowd of crying people begging for mercy.

Few more minutes past, the noise from the background is still lingering in the large hall and seems to be getting louder and louder. As Helena opened her eyes out of curiosity from the loud scream of a woman, she had witnessed from the corner of her view the image of a pitiful woman of childbearing age that was beaten down in the mansion floor. Thereafter, one of the guys surrounding her slashed and stabbed her neckline with a sharp combat knife after torturing her. One of the other guys who gave the poor woman more suffering did not get contented on her tragic death and shot her multiple times in the middle of her forehead and in her chest. All of the black-suited guys down the hall laughed horrendously as if the death and bloodshed of the woman fed the bloodlust in their eyes.

Helena tried to run away from all the truth and the person behind the death of the innocent people who are killed in front of her. She never wanted this from the very start. She never wanted to witness and even don't want to listen to any of the things there but she can't do anything about that.

She remained silent and a mute witness of the evilness of all people in the gang. She never tried to tell anyone about any of the things that are happening inside the mansion, because once she speaks, she'll end up being beaten, or even worse, being dead.

But she can't take it anymore. She can't handle the guilt that is hunting her every time she witnesses the death of someone in front of her while asking for her help and mercy. And this is when she decided to secretly leave the mansion as the so-called killing ceremony of the gang ended this dawn.

Helena took this opportunity to sneak out to the garage and took one of the cars. As she started the engine of the car, she silently hoped and prayed for the success of her plan. She hoped that she could sneak out of that place alive even if she knew it is nearly impossible.

Before she even gets close to the large gate that leads the way out of the place, five men equipped with firearms suddenly blocks her way and instantaneously pointed their guns towards Helena.

"Please just let me go, I won't be telling anyone about any of this fucking gang of yours. Trust me!" Helena pleaded almost hysterically. "I promise no one will know any of this, the gang and everything will remain a secret even until I die." She continues.

"Okay. Go. Now." A deep voice of a man stated from behind the shadows. He then signaled to his men to lower their guns, get away from her way, and let her go. Helena didn't expect for this to happen.

As the men blocking her way moved out, she immediately and hardly stepped on the gas pedal of the car she has been driving. However, upon passing the large gate, the deep-voiced man behind the shadows then signaled his men to do their job and in a split second after the cue, the sounds of the firing guns of the black-suited men echoed the whole place.

"My trust is neither for you nor to anyone. I trust no one other than myself. Let's make sure you fulfill your promises right now, Helena." The man from behind the shadows speaks once again then started to walk out of the scene. "Keres and Thanatos, you know what to do with your job." He added.

Thereafter, a pair of his servants from beside the man stepped forward and had been left by everyone to perform their job – to dispose the body, clear out the evidences, and leave the secrets behind people's death untold and a mystery to solve.
