Chapter 12

This is the last day of our tryouts and later our coach will announce who will be the part of the SIU roaring lion basketball team.

We played for at least three hours straight for it was the last day and in the next month we're gonna start practicing for the upcoming tournament.

"Players, form your line" commanded by our coach and we immediately followed it.

"You all are a great players but sadly out of 30 people who tryouts, only 12 are in. I already called the first batch earlier. But always remember that doesn't mean that it's the end for you. You can all continue playing and try again next year" he continued as he was going to announced the players who passed.

"Mariano, in" he was referring to Brent who happened to be the first player for our batch.

"Chavez in, Santiago in" he continued as players stepped forward.

"Servantes, in" he referring to Inigo who was now smiling widely.
