19 Heading out to Knowwhere

Right now, Alex and the others were ready to depart for their trip outside the nine realms. And Thor was responsible for seeing them off.

After finally getting the power to protect himself in this danger ridden marvel world. Alex finally decided to broaden his horizons .

Over the years he has already explored most of the nine realms .

He has also been to earth a few years back hoping to see it's development. But unfortunately it was only in it's 1500s right now.

Thus Alex decided to turn his attention towards the world outside the nine realms.

In fact, it was not easy for them to get Odin's permission for travelling outside Asgard.

After several failed attempts and Thor' lobbying, but still to no avail.

It was only just recently when Odin was going to reward Alex and his team for their meritorious services to Asgard in front of everyone.

Under Alex's instructions everyone asked Odin for his permission and an advanced spacecraft fit for long distance travels as their reward.

Since he himself promised in front of so many people , Odin had no choice but to agree to their requests.

Although Thor also wanted to follow them but he was ruthlessly reprimanded by Odin . Right now, Thor was still blaming Odin for it

angrily.

"Damn.... He is already old . He and his old fashioned thinking..... "

"Alright Thor, don't blame him. After all you are Asgard's prince and you have to fulfill your responsibilities. "

Alex said comforting Thor.

"Well then, take care and don't be fooled around by Loki too badly. "

Saying that Alex and the others boarded the spacecraft.

Lucy started operating with the controls , getting ready to take off.

It is worth mentioning that Lucy who already liked spaceships since her childhood, volunteered to learn about flying it and further maintenance, for their next period of travels.

After some time of tweeking with the control system, the spacecraft lifted off the ground and soon escaped the bounds of Asgard's gravity.

Looking outside, Sif couldn't help exclaiming . After all, strictly speaking this was their first interstellar travel.

As before now, everytime they travelled using the Bifrost.

After Lucy put the spacecraft at autopilot mode, everyone gathered together.

" So guys here is the plan. "

"Our main task for the next few years is to collect soul energy for the system and look for our next partners. "

When Alex mentioned partners, both Sif and Lucy cast a guarded look towards him. Alex simply pretended not to see it and continued.

"And I think that becoming a mercenary is also very conductive for our purpose.What are your opinions ? "

"It's up to you. I have no opinion. "

Jack simply said.

"Hmmmmmm... "

Similarly Sif and Lucy also nodded.

"Alright then, our fist destination is 'KNOWWHERE'. "

Knowhere is the severed head of a Celestial located on the edge of the Galactic Rim[1],Hundreds of years ago, the Tivan Group set up mining operations in the decapitated skull of the Celestial, in order to harvest the valuable bone, brain tissue, and spinal fluid from it.

The absence of rules and regulations turned Knowhere into a safe haven for outlaws from across the galaxy.[

Knowhere also housed the Collector's Museum, where Tivan kept his possessions.

After selling the mined materials, Tivan got filthy rich.

Alex felt it was better to visit him for it was easy to earn money from his commisions. Also Alex wanted to see if he could get any powerful gene sample there.
