6 Chapter - 5

A few days later.

Shin was standing in front of the gate of the Midgar academy.

After accepting Iris's offer, Shin stayed at the mansion for a few more days before setting off to the academy.

Shin enters the gate and make his way to the building.

He doesn't know where the principal office is so he asks a passing student.

"Excuse me, do you know the way to the principal office?" Shin asked.

The female student was taken aback slightly by Shin's beautiful face, but then showed him the way.

Shin followed the female student's instructions and find himself in front of a door. He knocked on the door twice and gets a 'Come in' from the person inside.

He enters the room and was greeted by an old man.

"You must be the one that was recommended by Princess Iris. My name is Lutheran Barnett, the vice-principal of the Midgar Royal Academy. The principal have a little business so he can't see you now." Greeted the old man that was now identified as the vice-principal.

"It's okay, My name is Shin Yoru, Nice to meet you vice-principal." Said Shin before extending his hand forward as if asking for a handshake. The vice-principal realized Shin's intention and extending his hands too shake Shin's hand. They shook hands and Shin realized something.

'Hmm..' He thought.

They ended their handshake and the vice-principal begin to explain about Shin class schedule.

After the vice-principal finish explaining about Shin's schedule, Shin said goodbye to the old man and walks out of the room.

Inside the room.

After Shin left the room, the smile on the vice-principal's face vanished and was replaced by a frown.

'He's strong, he's gonna be a threat to the plan.' He thought while looking at his hand.

With Shin.

Shin was walking on the corridor calmly before he feels something. As if confirming his suspicion, he then sense a lot of unfamiliar people's presences on the school building.

Then suddenly, a sword coming from his back aiming at his head. He evade it by tilting his head to the side. He then brings out his sword from his 'INVENTORY' and slashed at the attacker's arm, cutting it off.

The attacker jumps back and want to run away, but before he could do that, Shin's hand suddenly grab his face.

Shin then read some of the attacker's memories, he found that, the one that wants to attack the academy was, The Order of Diabolos. And their objective was some kind of artifact.

After finished reading his memories, Shin then used the skill again and killed the man instantly.

He scanned the whole building again, and found that, all the students were keep on the same place. The Gymnasium!

*Sigh*

"Why is it always chaotic on my first day?" Shin let out another sigh, then make his way to the Gymnasium.
