After interacting with the fruit vendor, Noah had easily concluded that buying things would be much harder to do. Each piece of Gin Lady Edna gave him was worth one million. And she had given him no less than fifty.

He could only sigh and leave in disappointment.

"What to do?" He wondered, wandering the streets of the city of Ursian.

Suddenly the thought of ascending crossed his mind. He didn't have much time there, but he wanted to get the most out of that city. He also needed a place where his spending wouldn't cause too much waves.

At the very least his purse was made for the top sections of the city. The more luxurious ones.

"Then again, I want to talk. I doubt I'd be able to do that much up there." He muttered raising his gaze to the splendor above.
