Noah immediately went back to his breathing technique. In the span of half an hour, he had managed to learn to draw large amounts of essence with littles breaths.

The new essence that rushed towards his core didn't refill it, but Instead, Noah watched his core absorb the energy which immediately caused it to expand by a few millimeters.

The growth might have been small, but when Noah fell into a meditative state similar to when he cultivated his body, he remained in that state for a few hours, before snapping out.

His eyes fell on the panels that had popped up, but his consciousness focused on his core which had increased in size by around 3cm.

In actuality it wasn't much, but when he compared it with the boost he gained he didn't dare complain too much.
