36 Chapter Thirty-Five:

After a long weekend of spending dates, side work, and the occasional cuddling, it was time to hit the books again. The class was still preparing for midterms so they could prove their principal wrong, and graduate high school. Each student did one on ones with Adrian, while Nori helped the other students with the work they needed help with. Adrian hardly slept since during the day he was teaching, grading school work after school, and working throughout the night.

Hayato would convince him to go to bed, which Adrian always caved. He didn’t want to upset Hayato at all, so he still had to make sure he gave Hayato his attention as well. It was rough, but Adrian was getting through it. Right now, he was working with a kitten on math problems. She wasn’t that strong in math, but she did extremely well in history.
