Ch.1 The dream

shh! she is asleep ..said mia . maybe she is having the same childhood dream again.. come on guys let's go

they walked away as Susan was getting more deep into her dream . well not actually a dream ..Her past that she couldn't get over with....

(Susan at 7)

Hears a ringing at the doorstep of the orphanage ..she peeks out with her tiny feet. it's the seller ..she runs to him with the money she had been saving . she buys a couple keychain and runs inside . There lies her caring brother,her life, Williams who is 11...she gives him one and hugs him.

what is this for?

this is a promise that you won't ever leave me ..

William held her in arms tightly and said with tearful eyes : NEVER!

(PRESENT)

Dr.Susan is needed in the ICU please hurry up..

she wakes up and rushes to the ICU. Susan today is an attractive lady who is a successful doctor but she can't overcome her childhood.. her miserable orphan life.

why would he do that ? why would he leave me? I hate him!!
