Some of these make sense. I mean I know the Berserker skill is obviously, well a berserk skill. The eight gates I know definitely cause I lot of pain but it's only the first gate. However I don't remember the first gate doing much. However I don't know the last two. Jasmine can you explain those?

'Full magic release is a skill that pushes your magic's strength to its current limit in order for a temporary boost in magic. Pushing your magic to its limit cause a good deal of pain. Especially since you have no skills that deal with pain. Increasing potential will increase one's strength and make them get stronger faster however unlike unlocking potential which is painless, increasing potential is actually extremely painful. Unlocking potential is using what's already there however increasing potential is forcefully expanding one's limit. So be careful with what you choose.' Jasmine explained.

I'm think I have to go with increasing my potential. I'm too weak, I keep going up against opponents I can't beat. Hendrickson I had to get help to deal with. Hisagi I had to run away from. My training speed is too low and I can't get stronger fast enough. Not only that but the plots for the different anime's are starting which means more powerful opponents are appearing. Not only that but I don't know what threats may appear from other universes. I don't think I have much of a choice.

I flew around the sewer hub taking a good look around and observing the area. Afterward I landed on a platform.

"This platform should be big enough in case I collapse in pain. Alright, I choose to increase my potential!" I said.

A couple seconds passes and nothing happened. Where was the pain?

"Are you sure that it wor-"

Suddenly a jolt of pain flew through my body. My eyes widened in surprise however that was just the start. A second wave of pain arrived. However unlike the first pain wave this one was much worse. Overwhelming pain flared throughout my body. I collapsed on the ground as I screamed my heart out in the sewers.

A hour passed and throughout the whole time I though I was going to die. There was so much pain too be honest I thought I was a goner. They weren't kidding when they said it was extremely painful.

After a hour the pain started to subside. After the pain completely faded away I spent another hour recovering from what I just went through. After that hour passes I groaned and sat up. My whole body was sore and I felt like I was on fire. This better have been worth it. Though I am sure it was as I feel stronger already. I opened my status.

I laughed. That had definitely been worth it. It was painful yes but it was still worth it. I got more then a 10,000 increase in my power level. Not only that but I got an intermediate skill to reduce pain which will is bound to come in handy.

However what really catches my eye is the fact that I have a title now. I wonder what it does?

'The title Painful experience gives one high Pain reduction and a low Regeneration skill.' Jasmine said.

I'm glad I have a title now but I hope no one can see my status. It would be embarrassing if someone saw my status and was like Behold, here come Noah, the painful experience. I hope I can get a new title sometime.

I got up on my feet. Now that my strength had increased this was no time to mess around. I had an increase in strength but I wasn't used to my new strength. I will have to train to get used to my new strength. However what am I waiting around for? It's time to start training!

*On the edge of the Universe*

The Man was getting impatient. He had been waiting but no one was coming. Even if the Guardian had to finish something before making his way here he should of arrived by now. Even if he was slow. Did he figure out it was a trap? That's impossible, there is no way he could know. So where is he?

"Are you sure he is coming my lord?" One of his subordinates asked.

"Yes, I'm sure. Now stop bothering me." The man replied sounding a little irritated.

He didn't go into the Universe yet because if the Guardian hides it can get annoying searching for the guardian because there is a whole damn universe to hide it. The best strategy was to lure the Guardian out. However the Guardian was not coming. Perhaps he's a little late?

'I'll wait a couple more days.' He thought.
