*Ten years later*

I stood watching Sephina spar with King Arthur. A lot of things had happened in the last 10 years. I am pretty sure canon already started but Hendrickson was not defeated yet. After I got recruited I trained with Sephina for 10 years while rising through the ranks. Right now Sephina and I were part of the Royal Guard who protects Arthur. King Arthur has become king. I found it weird that he had a royal guard because he had none in the anime. I guess it was because no one was strong enough to protect him properly? Also as Royal Guards we had a unique set or Armor and weapons which was good since regular weapons might be a little too weak for us. The armor was white and was a form of light armor for some protection without hindering our movement. We got chosen by Merlin to protect King Arthur. Let's take another look at my status.

Alastair

Piercing strike: launches a thrust with your sword that has more piercing power then normal

Sword combo (11 strikes): Launches a barrage of sword swings at your opponent. The more sword swings you use the stronger the attack.

Haze- Thunder of Heaven and Earth: Swing your sword at your opponent from below and then after the strike almost instantaneously strike again from above giving your opponent little time to react.

Light magic

Shrouding light: Cover yourself with the light element for increased defense and speed. However you must be exposed to light to do so. The more light you are exposed to the stronger the armor. It is strongest when exposed to sunlight. The time of day does not matter as long as it's sunlight. Whether it's midday or sunrise the strength will not differ.

Sword of light: Surround your sword with the light element to increase attack damage and strength of your sword. However you must be exposed to light to do so. The more light you are exposed to the stronger the sword. It is strongest when exposed to sunlight. The time of day does not matter as long as it's sunlight. Light manipulation: You can manipulate light to an extend. You can create beams, energy balls, and the such with this skill.

Light pillar: Takes time to charge. The longer you charge the more powerful however there is a limit to how much you can charge. When fired it will rain a pillar of light from the sky onto your enemy.

I had gotten just strong enough to be counted as strong in the first season of The Seven Deadly Sins. I wish I got something more unique then light magic because that's pretty basic but there's nothing I can do. My first two skills make me feel like a rip off of Escanor though. I gotta find a way to change that. Light Pillar is actually a pretty strong skill. I tried it once and it left quite the crater behind. It makes up for being a ripoff of Escanor. Sephina had gotten stronger has well. I had gotten her to write her status down so I can take a look at it recently.

X slice: Cross your blades and slice your target in a x shape.

Freezing magic

Temperature change: lower the temperature below zero. When temperature is below zero all Freezing magic skills are stronger and things will freeze faster.

Ice spread: stab your weapon(s) into the ground causing ice to freeze the ground around you. Anyone on the ground that you freeze will start to freeze themselves. The size of the area you freeze depends on your strength. How fast your opponents freeze depends on their strength and your own.

Blizzard: Summons a blizzard to your area.

Cold Resistance (passive): Resistance against cold elements.

Sephina had awakened a decent magic as well. We had both gotten stronger. I did not expect her to have much talent when we first started but she proved me wrong. Over the years we had become closer and became friends.

Also, due to us training Arthur he was stronger then the Canon. It was not a world changing difference though. It was not enough to change the Canon. Anyways Sephina was sparing with Arthur when Merlin approached us. She approached us and said.

"We must go to the Kingdom of Liones to heal their king. Sephina, Alastair, you will be coming as well in order to protect Arthur."

Finally! It's time for the moment I waited for. We head to Liones to defeat Hendrickson. I should be strong enough to make things easier. I can at least defeat some of the New Generation holy knights who are turned into demons. I can finally put all my training to use.

"Alright, Alastair, Sephina, pack your gear immediately. We should probably leave today if we want to save the Liones king." Arthur commanded.

"Yes my King." We both said.

We both immediately left and walked through the castle our rooms. As the only Royal Guards we were given our own private rooms. Sephina seemed to think this was just an ordinary trip but I knew different. This would be an important event. I wondered why Merlin did not say that we would be fighting. The real reason we were going was to help the Seven Deadly Sins overthrow Hendrickson. I thought she would of told Arthur be it seems not. I looked at the thing I owned. My armor, sword, clothes, and a few miscellaneous items. I started to pack my things into a bag and walked back to meet with Arthur.

After the four of us were ready we set off to Liones.
