[ Choose a skill ] ( Gobius )

- Shadow Step

: Gobius instantly teleports to a nearby shadowed area, allowing him to escape danger or reposition for a better shot. Cooldown: 30 seconds.

- Shadow Assassinate

: Gobius cloaks himself in shadows, rendering him invisible for 5 minutes. When in position, he can deliver a devastatingly accurate shot that deals massive damage and has a high chance of instantly killing enemies. Cooldown: 10 minutes.

Gray carefully considered each skill before making his decision. After a moment, he chose Arcane Barrage for Gobryx and Shadow Assassinate for Gobius. "Arcane Barrage is perfect for dealing with a large group of enemies quickly. This skill will definitely come in handy when dealing with the upcoming monster wave.

"And Shadow Assassinate is a great way to take out a strong monster target without being detected. Who knows if there will be a boss in the monster wave," Gray thought, considering the possibility of facing a powerful enemy.

After Gray had finished choosing the skills for Gobryx and Gobius, he woke up Gobulus and Goburus. He then introduced the two goblins to Gobulus and Goburus. He explained their roles and skills to each other, and the four goblins discussed strategies for hunting in the forest. Once they were ready, Gray ordered them to proceed with the hunt while he went to prepare breakfast.

As the final day before the barrier in his territory expired, Gray found himself busier than ever. He spent countless hours upgrading his territory and preparing his goblins for the monster wave that was approaching. The goblins were practicing their skills, sharpening their weapons, and stocking up on supplies.

Standing on top of a high point in his territory, Gray surveyed the changes that had taken place over the last few days.

The once-barren landscape had been transformed into a bustling thriving community, with the goblins working tirelessly to construct big wooden walls around the perimeter. These walls were now sturdy and strong, providing Gray and his summons a sense of security.

In the center of the territory, Gray had built a huge cabin that could accommodate up to 20 goblins comfortably. The cabin had been built with wood that the goblins had harvested from the nearby forest, and Gray had overseen its construction every step of the way. He had also built two restrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a well for a source of water.

Gray had started a small farm, which was now filled with rows of basic vegetables and wheat. The three farmer goblins tended to all the crops, and there was even a training area for the goblins to improve their skills.

As he looked around, Gray felt a sense of satisfaction wash over him. With his goblin companions by his side, Gray had accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. He knew that he couldn't have done it without their help.

Over the past few days, Gray has acquired:

[ Summons ]

- Carpenter Goblin ( Uncommon ) ( 2x )

: Carpenter goblin is a skilled craftsman who excels in woodworking and construction. With a keen eye for detail and precision, they can turn raw materials into beautiful and functional structures.

- Chef Goblin ( Uncommon ) ( 1x )

: Chef Goblin is a goblin who has honed their culinary skills into an art form. They take great pride in creating delicious and inventive dishes, using whatever ingredients are available to them.

- Farmer Goblin ( Uncommon ) ( 3x )

- Scout Goblin ( Uncommon ) ( 1x )

: Scout goblins are nimble and swift, with exceptional senses and a natural talent for stealth. Their keen eyesight and sharp hearing make them excellent scouts and trackers, able to navigate through dense forests and over rough terrain with ease

- Warrior Goblin ( Common ) ( 1x )

As he summoned more goblins in the following days, Gray realized that not all of them had hidden evolution paths. He had simply been lucky during the first two days. In fact, on the following day, he did not come across a single goblin with such a path.

Gray had also acquired various items that would be useful in their daily life. He had been selling some of the loot that his goblins had collected from their successful hunts.

The items that he had accumulated allowed him to buy materials, furniture, tools, and condiments that he could use to improve the living conditions in his territory.

Gray knew that these items may seem trivial, but he believed that they would make a big difference in their daily lives. He was determined to provide the best possible living conditions for his summons, and he knew that these small details would contribute to their loyalty and well-being.

Gray also recognized the importance of keeping his inventory in order, so he took the time to arrange it meticulously.

He decided to upgrade his cabin to include additional storage compartments, drawers, and shelves to accommodate items that were not necessarily important but still useful.

By doing so, he was able to store these items in a designated location and free up space in his inventory for the most important items that he currently possessed.

After taking a moment to observe the progress he had made in his territory, Gray decided to check his interface.

"I'm finally ready to upgrade my summoning altar," Gray said as he read the interface while walking towards the altar.

Gray now stands in front of the altar, and the same interface that he saw on the first day appeared again

Without hesitation, Gray quickly said yes to the prompt and confirmed his decision to upgrade the Goblin Summoning Altar. He had been grinding materials for this moment for a while now, and he finally had everything he needed to make the upgrade happen.

As soon as Gray confirmed his decision, the interface disappeared, and the altar began to glow with a bright light. The altar's light was so intense that Gray had to close his eyes for a few moments. The ground beneath his feet shook, and he could hear a deep rumbling sound coming from the altar.

Gray stood there for a moment, unsure of what was happening, but then he noticed that the glow was beginning to fade, and the rumbling sound was getting quieter. As the light faded, Gray opened his eyes and saw that the altar was no longer the same as before.

As Gray took a closer look at the newly upgraded altar, he saw that the intricate runes etched into the surface of the large stone structure were now glowing with a faint blue light. The runes seemed to be pulsing with magical energy, and Gray could feel a tingle in the air around the altar.

The altar itself was now taller and more imposing than before, with additional carvings and decorations that seemed to tell a story of ancient summoning rituals.

As he approached the altar, the interface appeared before him, displaying the new details of the altar.
