Should I Be Happy Or Not?

As Clay was still thinking about Belle's peculiar situation, a system notification popped up.

*Ding!*

<Detected $^)%#$% interference, adjusting system, please wait patiently...>

Clay read the prompt that had suddenly appeared.

He widened his eyes seeing the unknown symbols, thinking that it was familiar.

'Hmm, where have I seen this before, cause I definitely remember seeing that somewhere' Clay searched in his memory with a hand on his chin.

'Ahah!' Clay clasped his hands together.

'System, open time-stop watch description'

*Ding!*

Time-Stop Watch

\Stop the time in select universes, only you or beings at $^)%#$% power level can move during stopped time/

Requirements: 40,000,000 SC, Level 470, Mapping Stat: 215

Unable To Purchase

'Here it is, it has the exact same symbols as the system prompt' Clay pondered, feeling that someone is spying on him, otherwise, why would they interfere with his system?

Clay felt chills up his spine knowing that someone could very well be spying on him at this moment. If they could spy on him now and even interfere with his system, what could stop them from killing Clay right now? Clay didn't want to think about it, or more like he didn't have the courage to think about it, because if those beings have the capability that Clay imagined they would have, peering into his mind and reading his thoughts wouldn't be that far of a fetch.

*Ding!*

<System adjusted>

<Inventory unlocked>

<Completed achievement |$^)%#$% Chosen|>

<Special Gift x4 recieved>

<System Class Rating changed, F to ???>

<Recieved ability, |$^)%#$%'s Gift|

<Claim reward now?>

[Yes/No]

Clay read the longest consecutive system messages he had ever seen and was surprised at what had happened, he had expected something bad to happen the moment he had seen 'Detected $^)%#$% interference' but instead of something bad, he actually got a gift, and his system class rating also changed? Clay was a bit suspicious of what was happening.

Clay was confused but welcomed the surprise with some hesitation regardless.

Soon he clicked on the yes button, pondering what reward he would get.

<Received 10000 SC, 1000 EXP, and 100 unallocated stat points>

"10000 SC huh... WAIT ISN'T THAT LIKE A BIG DEAL?!?!" Clay's eyes practically popped out of their sockets and his jaw dropped as he read on.

"1000 EXP AND 100 STAT POINTS AS WELL?!?!" Clay screamed as he rubbed his eyes to make sure he wasn't hallucinating extra zeros.

Soon, Clay felt itchy all over his body, it was not on the same level as before but it was similar.

'I'm leveling up?' Clay thought as he scratched the most satisfying spot he could find which was his tailbone area.

Soon the itchiness faded away, replaced with a cooling sensation that fired up Clay's body and made him feel energetic and full of strength, he looked at his hands and squeezed them causing a light breeze to blow and make his hair flutter a bit, he felt that his head was much clearer and that his senses were more sharpened than before.

'1000 EXP, that's definitely enough for me to level up, I wonder what my level is now' Clay randomly thought as he got surprised by the newfound strength he had gotten.

*Ding!*

<The host has leveled up>

<All stats increased by 35>

'System, open stats' Clay widened his eyes again after seeing that he had gained more stats than he currently had.

Stats

Race: Human

Level: 11(140/160)

Health: 245/245

MP: 400/400

Strength: 52

Agility: 50

Intelligence: 46

Dexterity: 52

Vitality: 49

Mystic: 38

Mapping: 5

Unallocated Stat point(s): 105

Remarks: Stronger than most in the same field, but not the strongest, work harder young man!

Clay felt satisfied reading his stat sheet and realized that he still had 100 stat points left from claiming the reward of completing the achievement he did not know existed until now. Clay had also noticed that the system remarks were much more 'human'.

"Strongest my ass, how can I be the strongest with only maps!" Clay cursed at the impossible standard the system was giving him.

"Anyway, 100 free stat points, that's crazy" Clay still couldn't fully believe that he had actually gotten a lot of rewards this time, he even pinched himself to check if he was dreaming or not.

"Ouch" Clay exclaimed as he pinched himself a little bit too hard because he couldn't control his new strength, he didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

"Definitely not dreaming then" Clay confirmed as he decided to check out the new function of the system.

'System, open inventory?'

*Ding!*

Inventory

\Store and recall items inside of the system subspace, items stored would be 'frozen' at the state they were before storing, cannot store living beings/

[Special Giftx4]

'So it is what I thought, I was always jealous of those people who had inventories, but not anymore since I too have one' Clay thought as he tapped on the special gifts.

Special Gifts, Tier 2 x1, Tier 3 x1(Locked), Tier 4 x1(Locked), Tier 5 x1(Locked)

\Giftboxes that contain unknown items from $^)%#$%./

Clay grew wary as he realized that the special gifts were from the mysterious being again, but he soon let go of his wariness because why go through all the trouble to interfere with his system just to hurt him when the mysterious being could just kill him directly instead? It didn't make sense to Clay unless the 'being' in question is sadistic.

'Hmm, recall special gift tier 2?' Clay thought, unsure if the command was valid.

A black portal that was shaped like a rhombus slowly enlarged in front of Clay until it had become about the size of his torso, then it spat out a box that was striped yellow, green, and red horizontally before disappearing.

The box landed on the floor creating a 'thud' sound which brought Clay back to his senses after seeing a portal suddenly appear and disappear.

Clay held the box that was about the size of his two hands on all sides.

Special Gift Tier 2

\Giftbox that contain unknown items from $^)%#$%./

Clay decided whether to open it or not, overcome by curiosity, Clay hesitantly commanded the system to open the gift.

'Open giftbox'

The turtle had not been flying for long before it eventually caught sight of a planet, confirming that it was indeed the planet that was releasing the gravitational pull, the turtle then made a beeline toward it.

The planet was about the same size as the turtle, 'was' because the turtle is currently shrinking at a speed visible to the naked eye, soon the turtle was much smaller than the planet that looked like an elephant compared to the ant-like turtle, but the 'ant-like' state of the turtle was already comparable to the small continents that resided on the planet that had many continents that varied in size and oceans that were as big as the continents themselves.

The foreign life form, unnatural to the planet then entered the atmosphere causing a 'boom' sound as it accelerated to speeds comparable to sound.

The turtle, which was now a big ball of fire was about to hit the earth before suddenly it stopped seconds away from touching the ground, like dropping a heavy ball tied to a string that was perfectly measured to just barely be above the floor.
