Chapter 1 I Am Maximus

Nasir woke up in a strange room. With his eyes staring at the ceiling. He asks himself, "Where am I?" He sat up and looked around, he realize he was in an all white room. With no furniture. Absolutely nothing in the room but the bed he was laying on. He realized there was no door. What? how can there be no door? So he yelled out hello!

That's when a man dressed in all white. Popup out of nowhere. And said, "How can I help you?" Nasir replied, "Where am I, and why is there no door?" The man in all white said firstly, let me introduce myself. I'm maximus, and you are in the symposium for new recruits. Nasir asked what is the symposium? Maximus said, "Walk with me.when he got to the wall, a door appeared, and it slid open. So Nasir follows him.

When they enter through the door. into another much bigger room. It is filled with weapons and books. And potions and statues of heroes. Maximus begins to explain that after your death on earth, we chose you to represent us in the universal Gladiator championship. It's a grand tournament that takes place every 10 years. The top 100 are rewarded greatly. And of course, the top 10 is rewarded with great treasures. Like legendary and Mythical artifacts. And also the champion is able to advance to The next tier. After his rule of 10 years.  If he so chose. Nasir asks how many tiers are there?

Maximus said this entire universe is tier one. And its the lowest tier. And there are 99 more tiers after this one, like tiers 2,3,4, and so on and so forth. Nasir asked so who was the last champion? Maximus said the last 3 champions, came from the same kingdom of vampires. The Vladimir Royal family, and before them, it was the werewolves lycan-clan. Nasir asked when was the last time humans won?

Maximus said 500 years ago. Nasir said, "What, why?"

Maximus said humans are naturally weaker than other races. Nasir said that might be true, but I wonder how we won the last time? Thinking out loud

Nasir said, "Why have you chosen me?" Humans are still weak.  Maximus said, "Do you remember all those superhero movies you love on earth and all those manga you love to read?" Well, where do you think they got their inspiration from. At that point, they arrived at a golden door. And maximus wave his hand, and the door open. Maximus said we chose you because of your imagination. You always dream of having powers and fighting, so here is your chance." Maximus said we have'nt participopated in the universal tournament for the last 100 years. Because we were to weak. And humans were being bullied and killed. Before the tournament even started. So we figure, we had to get stronger, before we send any more warriors again. Nasir asked "So what change?"

Maximus said for the last century we been studying and looking for ways to get stronger. And we wasn't progressing, until a deity from a tier 2 universe. Came to us and ask do we wanna make a deal. He would give us power. But in return if we win the universal Gladiator championship, our champion has to give up his rule. And immediately advance to The tier 2 universe for training.

Nasir asks, "So who will rule the universe if I leave? Maximus said naturally you will appoint your successor. From the human race for the next 10 years.

At that moment, they came to a double door made of solid gold. Maximus wave his hands, and when the doors opened.

The first thing Nasir noticed, was the golden and silver Orbs. Shining on the walls.  Thousands of them. and weapons and skill books and artifacts.

Maximus said you can choose 10 things. And only 10, that will help you with your journey, so choose wisely, you only get one shot at this.

Nasir looked around. And said the first thing I want is a system. That could level up. Do you have that? Maximus said I told you we chose you for a reason. And wave his hand. A screen popup and On the screen was a round orb, and it looked like it was made of a mirror. Maximus said this was given to us by the Deity. We call it liquid adamantium.  In this orb is a system. And the highest defense known to any human being. And on top of that, this will be your new body. Like terminator T-2000 the great thing is, it's Immortal and if somebody manages to blow you up. It will eventually come back together. Nasir said you just said it's Immortal.

Maximus said yes, it is. The suns heat, nor coldest moon. Can destroy this body.

Nasir said for my next choice. I want a Celestial summors class. Maximus was silent...

Nasir asked what's wrong?

Maximus waved his hands, and a screen popped up, he said the Celestials Summoners Class, is a divine class. If you chose this class, you only have 5 choices left.

Nasir said you just told me. I can choose 10 things. Maximus said it's not that. But you are the first to choose a celestial Summoners class. And since this is a divine class, you only have 5 slots left. Because it's that powerful. that it makes up for 4 slots.

Nasir mouth was agape. That's 4 slots. Wow, well i guess i cant complaint. My next request. I want the power infinity stone. Maximus was silent again.

Nasir asked "What now?

Maximus said i'll be right back and disappeared.... 2 hours later...

 Nasir Asked? "Is everything OK?

Maximus said heres the deal, we will break down the power stone in 10 pieces, and you will unlock the seals as you level up. Because as you know," You need to be able to wield the power of the power stone. So next choice.

Nasir was thinking about what he had just heard. ok, I can live with that. But before i make my next choice. I have question? How will I start off at the academy.

Maximus said, "Good question, you start off as a freshman in Gladiator Academy. and prepare yourself for the tournament in 2 years." The main thing is to stand out. By any means necessary.

Nasir asks, "What do you mean?

Maximus said while at the academy, there will be mini tournaments to see, who is qualified to represent the academy. In the Universal Gladiator championship, so stand out.

Nasir said ok i can do that. But for my next choice. I want a SSS class affinity to lighting.

Maximus said this will be consider as 2 things. A SSS affinity is very powerful within it self, and lighting is a divine element, So if you want both, you have 2 choices left.

Nasir said I have a question." Will I be able to get more classes at the academy?"

Maximus said ofcourse but getting a divine or celestial class, it is very rare, to say the least.""

Nasir said my next request is a sacred treasure. I want the Battle axe of escanor. and i want it to be soul bound, so I can't drop it.

Maximus said wait right here..... An hour later

Maximus said ok here are the starting stats for the battle axe

(Ding! Sacred Tressure Battle-Axe Of The Morning-Star. Created from a dying star in the Polar Galaxy. Bound to Nasir Stanfeild. When wielded, Transform its owner into a Sun Core-Titan. For one minute. And invincible Flame body reaching 10,000 Fahrenheit.  They say One Sun Core-Titan was able to sedue a entire planet in 24 hours.  (Beware) you will be in a weaken state, for 24 hours after the transformation ends.

Nasir said damn! That's OP like a son of a bitch. So when can I use it?

Maximus said when you're strong enough, of course.

Nasir replied, "Man, yall really not no fun, but whatever" 2 more questions: Will this world have beast cores or cultivation to level up?

Maximus said this world has all of the above. elves,vampires,werewolves,titans,etc... one last thing. I will upload a video tutorial. To show you how to use your new body. You can switch from liquid to adamantium metal at will. You can also have claws like Wolverine if you want. Really, Nasir replied, "That's definitely sick," but for my last and finale choice. I Chose Shadow Monarch. 

Maximus said this is your final choice. And as you know, each champion can only have 3 classes. 

Really, Nasir replied.

Maximus said yes. all races agreed on this. Nasir said ok, 

Maximus said fine. But you can only have one SSS Class, so your shadow monarch class will be A-Class unless you find a Monarch legacy, and then that's different.

Nasir said ok, I understand."  Do you have any advice for me

Maximus said you are the first to represent humanity in 100 years. So they might bully or even try and murder you. Stand up for yourself. And try to gain allies. You are the strongest human we ever sent. So make us proud.

Now I'll send you back to your room. So practice the tutorial while you have time. And next time you open your eyes. You will be on a ship headed to Gladiator academy. On planet black-star and remember your body is a weapon. Get use to it and learn it as soon as you can. I will inform them that your coming. And remember, no human has made it to the championship in 500 years. Your work is cut out for you. But we have faith in you. that's why we powered you up. So make it count. Maximus waved his hands, and Nasir found himself lying on the bed in the white room, smiling, looking at the tutorial playing in his head.
