52 Chapter 52

[Location: Salvatore Boarding School] [3rd POV]

Sitting in Alaric's office, Hope and Talia glanced at the entire Mikaelson family. Rebekah had come to their room teary eyed, and practically begged them to have a talk, a genuine one.

"So? What is this about?" Hope asked, knowing the answer already. Talia silently listened, knowing that it was better to let them have their moment, without her interjecting.

Looking at the rest of her family, Rebekah breathed in "We're sorry" She said, before continuing "We don't have any excuses for the way we've been treating you, other than that we had no idea that we had been ignoring you" Rebekah said.

Hope scoffed at this "You ignored me for two years, and you expect me to just forgive you? What a joke"

"Sweetheart, we aren't asking for your forgiveness. We simply want a chance to make it up to you" Kol interjected, a soft look on his face.

"Why should I forgive you? You ignored my existence every since my parents died! Do you even care about me?! Or is this just you trying to make up with me, so that you aren't like your parents? Better yet, it's because I'm the Tribrid, isn't it? You want the power of the Tribrid, because you can't stand the thought of not being in power!" Hope snarled out, tears welling up in her eyes the more she continued. Talia silently listened to her girlfriend, knowing that Hope needed this,  she needed to vent on the family that ignored her for so long.

"I was 15 when you started to ignore me, my parents had just died! Do you have any idea how that feels?" Hope cried out, as tears streaked down her face. Rebekah softly cried as she listened to her niece vent, with Davina having tears in her eyes, and the men of the family, keeping quiet, but having g ashamed looks on their faces.

"You preach "Always and Forever" but you don't even follow it yourselves! You-You aren't my family, you're a bunch of strangers!" Hope yelled out, as tears streaked down her cheeks, hiccuping as they continued to stream from her eyes.

Hope couldn't continue screaming anymore, as she broke down into sobs. Seeing this, a crying Rebekah moved forward and captured her niece into a hug "I'm so sorry" Rebekah softly said, as she held her niece, who was now crying against her chest. The rest of the family slowly moved in, and captured her into a group hug. While Talia stood on the side, watching with a soft smile, Freya also smiling slightly, as she listened from outside.

'Took them long enough' She thought.

After standing there for over a minute, they slowly broke out of the hug, with Hope softly saying "I still hate all of you"

"We know" Marcel replied with a small smile. "But...I guess I can give you a chance, but none more after this! After that, I really will never talk to you again" Hope said, wiping the tears from her cheeks. 

"That's more than we deserve, Hope" Davina said smiling softly, happy that they have a chance to make it up to the girl.

"The first way you can make it up to me, is to apologize to my girlfriend" Hope said, giving Rebekah in particular a look. Hearing this, Rebekah sighed and walked to Talia, before speaking "I...I'm sorry"

Hearing this, Talia raised an eyebrow before replying "It's alright" She said with a shrug, before continuing "You're still a bit of a bitch though" Rebekah sighed at this, while Kol smirked, and leaned into his nieces ear "I like her" He softly said, causing Hope to crack a smile.

"I suppose you aren't entirely wrong" Rebekah said, shrugging slightly. Hope couldn't stop the giggle from escaping her lips, which caused Rebekah to smile, happy.

"Say...why don't we all eat dinner together?" Marcel proposed, causing Talia to raise an eyebrow, before noticing the pleading look on Hope's face.

"I don't see why not" Talia said, smiling at the happy glint in her girlfriends eyes.

Sitting around a large dinner table, within the nearby Mikaelson mansion in Mystic Falls, Talia, Hope, and the rest of the Mikaelson family was sitting, eating their meal happily.

"So, how long did it take you to make those magic systems? They had to be advanced, right?" Davina asked, sitting next to Kol. Hearing the question, both Freya and Kol got interested, and looked at Talia intently.

"A few days" Talia said with a shrug, since that was technically the truth. It only took her a few days to understand and use the magic systems to their full potential.

The Mikaelson's eyes widened slightly at this, while Hope silently giggled at their expressions, as she ate her burger. Talia smirked at them, finding their shock to be thoroughly amusing.

"So my niece has chosen a little monster in magic, as her girlfriend?" Kol said giving Hope a look. "She's not a monster" Hope said with a huff, as she cutely nibbled on her burger. Talia just fondly smiled at her cute girlfriend, which was noticed by the rest of the members of the Mikaelson family.

"She's still a genius in magic" Freya said, having seen some of the girls magic in person, and it was far beyond anything she could do with normal magic.

"True, I guess" Hope huffed, biting into her burger more.

Time had passed, and the dinner had ended, with promises of more dinners in the future. The Mikaelsons had also promised to call and talk with Hope at least every week, if not more. The Mikaelsons had also come to warm up to Talia, finding her to be a funny, and quite intelligent individual, especially in regards to magic.

They had already returned to their room, in which Hope was passed out in Talia's arms, snoring softly. While Talia was looking at a nofictation that flared onto her vision.

That's the end of the chapter. It's going to be a double or triple upload, so you won't have to wait long for the next chapter (for the patreon peeps at least).

I decided to crank up her final rewards, due to me wanting to finally end the current classes and going onto something new. The supreme witch may be revisited in the future, and perhaps even the vampire.

If you can't guess, I have decided that Talia will have more love interests than just Hope. I'm sorry to those that are disappointed by this, but I want to go with something I want to write, and that's what I feel like writing. Talia will get with three more women, making it a small harem of 4. This will not go any higher than this, and will never go higher (Even if I was really tempted to add in a certain Female Doctor with a name no one knows). I will revisit and change the tags so people know beforehand. My other fic will NEVER have other love interests besides Alice, so you don't have to worry about that.

I'll try my best to make their relationship work and flow efficiently, and be just as good as hers and Hopes, if not better. .

I also have plans to potentially starting another fic (due to my other fic beginning to get stale/writer block-esque for me), that will also be a singular love interest, with a certain underrated female archer from the MCU, with the Mc being a certain white widow. We'll see if that ends up happening, but if it does, I'll warn y'all, and the hiatus will only last for a month or so.

As said before, she will not get any more than these three, and Hope. Next chapter will have the new classes that I have decided on, as well as some more stuff!

She will also be traveling to Shadowhunters within a few chapters or so, so be ready for that!
