48 Chapter 48

[Location: Salvatore Boarding School] [3rd POV]

After the little reveal that she would be staying there as a teacher, the day after went by smoothly. The reveal that the new Chemistry of Magic teacher would be Freya Mikaelson herself, was quite the shock. A lot of students were terrified, but after going to her class, most of them came to the conclusion that she was an awesome teacher. She was much better at explaining things than Dorian, and had far more knowledge than the man.

Besides that, there was Lizzie and Josie's...argument. This was over the whole pageant thing, and Josie trying to find out about the merge, which by the end of that day, Alaric was all but forced to tell his daughters of what the merge was. Hope hadn't been pleased with the man, upon realizing that he was hiding such a massive secret.

Other than that, Talia had also started to train more in her technology fairy, which was definitely going to be more difficult than the others. She found that manipulating and using digital energy, to be surprisingly difficult, more so than the others, besides the dragon flame, for obvious reason.

She had also begun to talk with Hope, more seriously about the future worlds they will travel to, and when they will do it. The two of them came to the conclusion that they'd do it once this school year was over, as Talia was able to graduate whenever, and Hope was almost at that point, due to help and training with Talia.

The first world was a tossup between a few for them. Talia wanted to go somewhere where Hope could gain some power, while Hope wanted to go somewhere new, and unique. Talia's primary universes she was interested in, were: RWBY, Danmachi, Mushoku Tensei, Shadowhunters, MCU, or even Naruto. Most of them would be incredibly dangerous, even for her, but more so for Hope. Which is why she was still contemplating her choice on which world to go to.

Besides that, the two had went on a little date together, which was to Japan. The date itself was quite fun, with them visiting all over the country, before ending in a passionate 5 hour night of sex.

Currently, the two were snuggled up against eachother watching the last episode of Shadowhunters together, only for Talia to pause the video and sit up quickly. "Talia? What is it?" Hope asked, upon noticing the reaction her girlfriend had given.

"There's intruders, probably a hundred, maybe more. Mostly human, but it looks like they have some vamps, werewolves,  and even a couple of witches. I think it might be Triad" Talia said, noticing that Triad had come with supernatural beings this time, whereas last time they had come with only humans, and had been pretty weak all things considered. 

Hearing this Hope's eyes widened as she shot out of bed, with Talia quickly following. She snapped her fingers, causing her clothes to flash onto her, while Hope quickly put back on her pants, and shirt. The two opened the door and quickly walked down stairs.  They were met with Josie, Lizzie, Kaleb, MG, Jed, and even Rafael.

They were all there, only due to Freya. "Hope, Talia! There's intruders!" Kaleb said, not knowing that the two already knew. Seeing the look on Talia's face, Kaleb blinked before realizing "Which you already knew...of course" He said with a sigh.

"Where's my aunt?" Hope asked, noticing the woman wasn't there. She was certain the woman would notice them as well. "She's trying to undo some weird artifact thing below the school, that cut us all off from our magic, including your aunt" Lizzie said with a frown, not liking being unable to use any sort of magic.

"Hmm, looks like they made a counter to that, if they have witches, vampires, and werewolves" Talia noted with a hum. Turning, she could feel the group of nearly 200, getting closer. It was a large mini army, probably due to her being there.

"Why would witches, werewolves, and vampires work with them? They're trying to kill off all supernaturals!" Josie exclaimed, confused on the thought process of those witches, werewolves, and vampires.

"They're afraid" Hope answered, before continuing "Of me and Talia. They probably see this as a way to finally get rid of the Tribrid, and the witch that can summon the dead with ease" The others sighed as they realized that was the truth.

Talia on the other hand, noticed a notification blink into her vision.

[Quest Received]

Kill all of the Triad Soldiers [0/200] - Evolution into ????????, All TVD Elemental Spells, 15 levels.

Blinking at the quest, Talia inwardly grinned. 'Well, looks like it's time to hunt some triad soldiers' She thought, before turning to the rest of the group.

"You all stay here, I'll take care of them" Talia said, causing the others to turn to her "What do you mean, you'll take care of them?" Kaleb asked, with a raised eyebrow. "That's too much, even for you, Talia" Josie added.

Talia just snorted "Believe me, I know when I'm out of my league, and I am not out of my league in this situation. When I'm out there, just make sure to stay inside, alright? I'm also placing barriers and illusions on the school, so make sure none of the kids try looking outside" Talia said simply before walking to the front door, only to be stopped by Hope.

"I'm coming with you" Hope said, causing Talia to turn to her with a raised eyebrow "Todays the day we deal with Malivore for good" Hope added, causing Talia to stop and look at her with a serious glint in her eyes. "Are you sure? Once you transition fully, you won't be able to take that back"

The only reason Talia allowed her to accompany her, was due to her knowing that Hope still had her magic, due to Talia giving her a bracelet that protected her from such things, on their Japan date.

"I'm ready" Hope said with a small smile, causing Talia to sigh and nod, before walking out, ignoring the protests of the others.

The second the two of them walked out of the door, Talia turned and placed several barriers and illusions on the school, before turning back.

"Oh, sorry. We were about to knock" Hearing the voice, Talia turned and noticed the older man, before noticing the two vampires standing at his sides, with daylight rings on their fingers. She also noted the others surrounding and watching them closely, with even more spread out throughout the front of the school.

"Triad Industries, I'm assuming?" Talia said looking at the man.

"That'd be right. And I'm assuming you're Talia, and she's Hope, right?" The man said with a smirk. Talia glanced at the man, not liking the smirk he was directing towards Hope. "Well perfect! You two are just the people we needed to see. You see, you're existence has become sort of an...issue for Triad, so, we're here to eliminate you!" The man said, while the soldiers on the sides raised their crossbows. 

Talia just slowly began to grin realizing that she was going to get more than the quest rewards from this, but also several thousand years of age that would be absorbed due to her tenth tail. "And we aren't the only ones who want you two dead. So, we found some likeminded friends, and we're gonna kill you, together" He finished with a grin, with the werewolves, vampires, and witches, preparing.

There was a total of 10 vampires, 3 werewolves, and 7 witches. Talia noted that each of the vampires were quite old, ranging from 300 to 800 years old. 'This is going to be quite the age haul' She thought, inwardly grinning.

"Alright boys, light em up!" The man said, causing the surrounding men to begin to fire their crossbows. Before the arrow/stake's at the end of the crossbows could even be released, all of the crossbow wielders dropped dead, as each of them had their hearts imploded from the inside. 'Water fairy for the win' She thought with a grin, as before the man could say a word, his head fell from his body, with Talia having simply slapped it off with ease.

She ignored the notification of age absorbed, and instead focused on the witches. Hope on the otherhand, was simply watching, knowing that her girlfriend wanted to do this by herself. She also didn't want to get in the way.

"So, who's next?"

This also means that Talia and Hope's time in TVD is coming to an end!

I also have gotten people asking if I can make Clary (From Shadowhunters) another love interest/mate to Talia, giving her two love interests. I'm not entirely opposed to the idea, as it would be an excuse to make her character a bit better, plus Katherine McNamara is hot. Would y'all want that? This is a question to both Patreon, and the other sites I post on. It's up to you guys, as I do think I'm going to do Shadowhunters (the show) next, then a very mainline universe after that.
