008 Seventh

Weekend come knocking on the door and everyone is using it to socializing with other people or using this day to relax after six day of working. But, it's different for Shu. Weekend is the day he can fully committed to his work.

After finishing his morning work out. Shu make a quick breakfast for himself, Haruka, and Inori. There is no movement detected from their room. Maybe they're still sleeping. Well, not strange tho, cause it's still 6 A.M.

After finishing his breakfast, he start doing his work again. The progress for portable barrier is great. He managed to shorten it to 3 days after tweaking some of the code and throw away some less necessary part of the tools. The finish product have 10% less power but. The mobility is on another level. He decided to make it look like a bracelet. This bracelet has a movement sensor on it's system. So he can active the barrier with only a swipe of a hand. He also added a binding system, so no one can active the barrier without except the one who bind with it. The next one he also try to add a system to make it so the barrier didn't active when the wearer do the gesture without thinking to activate the barrier. There still so much work to do. Hopefully he can finish it before the coup is starting.

Meanwhile, around 7 A.M. Inori wake up and feeling lost for a while. That's right, this is not base but Shu's home. She found a change clothes on top of the desk beside her bed. There's a piece of paper on top of it. It says, 'I hope you like this kind of clothes, I also found my old underwear that fit your size so you dont need to worry about it, place the laundry on the basket beside the door Mom or Shu will help you wash it later.'

Everything look strange for Inori. Usually after she wakes up, She needs to train for the next battle or ready for the next mission. But, now she wakes up without anyone yelling around, no one is telling her to do something, and a really comfortable bed to sleep. All of this is come after I know Shu. I wonder what kind of person is Shu?

After pondering it for a while Inori decided to think about it later and try to savor this limited time that she has.

"Hufft, I think it's a good time to stop." Shu finally finished the most important and the hardest thing that he needs to do to make the portable barrier. The core of the system. This core is the one that will generate the barrier. He finally managed to finish it this weekend. With only this core, 50% of the work is almost done. The other thing is just programming and assembling the part.

'Now, what should I do. Ah. Maybe I will just relax at home and reading a book.'

After tidying up his workplace, he takes his book and sit on the sofa in the living room. Soon after that, he saw an angel with white one piece walking out of the room. It looks like a piece of art coming out of the canvas. He keep staring at her until he hears sounds coming from behind.

"Are you done staring, Shu"

Without him realizing, he saw Haruka behind him. He just answer the question with an awkward smile.

"But, I know how you feel. Waking up looking such a beautiful girl is really a blessing right?"

"Yep, that's right" Shu nodded.

Inori who doesnt know what to do just fidgeting in front of her room while looking down blusing.

"Okay, we should stop it. Inori is troubled with it" Shu Said while smiling looking at fidgeting Inori.

"Come here Inori-chan, look at our Shu's special breakfast. Come sit here and let's eat together" Said Haruka with a smile.

'Wait a minute, even tho right now i am a highschool student. But inside I am almost 40 if I added the time I live in the previous life. Am I consider a lolicon for loving Inori who just 16?'

'Let's forget about it, don't think about it Shu! It's legal! I hope so' While Shu fighting against his own thought, he got a new mail arrived.'They move' with only two word on the display he immediately understand what does it mean. 'Now everyone is on the board let's have a good time together'

After replying to the email he come kneeling in front of Inori and say "Let's have a date" with a smile.

In the Funeral Parlor Base.

Gai watching everyone get ready for the next mission. He take a look at his hand. Void Genome that he get finally in his hand. With this power, He get closer to his goal. 'Please wait for a while Mana'

"Everyone is ready Gai!" Said Ayase.

Gai watch every single person that lined up in front of him. Then he say "This mission is pretty crucial for us. This will be the foundation for our next mission. But, don't be afraid. I will make sure that we can win this fight, so believe in me!"

"Everyone need to stay on their position before the mission start. mission will start at 1900. Now go"

"Sir, your prediction is correct. They will come today. But, we don't know when"

"It's okay, the most important thing is we know they will move now. Go and tell everyone to increase our defense system to level 2!"

The subordinate leave the room and the only one stay is this mysterious man.

"Ku ku ku, come if you can Funeral Parlor. I will crush you all and make the real funeral for you ha ha ha"
