Chapter Hundred and Ninety five

"What happened here? John asked as walked in a few minutes later and saw him staring at the body on the floor, his eyes traveled to the gun that was still in her hand.

"I didn't...". "I know, someone else had done this, the question now is what's going on? "If he's here then where's my daughter?

Rebecca asked in horror then moved a bit closer to the body on the floor. She still couldn't believe what she was seeing here, he had been shot in the stomach.

Who could have done this? And if he was here then where was her daughter? "I've called the ambulance, they're on their way". "I need to find my daughter, if their son of a bitch is here, then where's my daughter?

"A lot of personal guards are out there looking for her, she would be fine". " I don't believe anything John till I see my daughter...

"We found another body! Somebody yelled from the other room, another body? What really happened here? They made their way out and into the other room which was the last room in the hallway.

They both entered and saw a woman who was laying face down in her blood, Rebecca felt cold as she watched the woman, it was clear that she had been shot in the head.

What could have happened here? She looked around the room and found out that the room was probably Sam's, walking toward the bed she found out that there was a rope tied to the edge of the bed that look like it had been cut with a knife.

Just as she was about to touch and examine more, they both heard a siren outside the house. " We have to go now, the police are here to examine the rest," John said to her, drawing her attention back to him.

She nodded and followed him out but found herself looking back at the body and bed, she wondered what had happened here. "I have to go and search for my daughter". " I don't think you'll be allowed to go that easily without being questioned by the police"

"I don't have that much time, I have wasted enough by being here". "I know Becca, a lot of people are out there searching for her". "My daughter couldn't be missing right, she's somewhere close maybe she went to get something".

She still didn't want to take in that her daughter was missing, maybe they all were overreacting her daughter might have gone home or gone somewhere else but...she was not picking.

And she wouldn't have left in the middle of her graduation party without telling anyone, she would have just called to her know where she was going.

And the worst part was that her location had been switched off, she wouldn't be able to track her.

"Look at me Becca" John held her closely seeing the panic. "She might be somewhere close by, we just have to find her and make sure she is fine, all you have to do is calm down"

Rebecca found herself shaking her head and putting a distance between them, she respect him so much but the thing she wouldn't do us to start calm and pretend that everything was fine.

Was she supposed to ignore her hairpin that was found on the bench or the strip of her yellow gown that was found a distance away from the Fountain it the strings that were laying there also?

It was very clear that her daughter was missing, someone had abducted her daughter and she wouldn't be here answering some stupid question about this son of a bitch.

She ignored the one man she respect so much. "I don't have to be here, I need to find my daughter, she's not here with me and I can't be calm and pretend that everything is alright".

She turned and rushed out of the room making her way outside the building, she could see many reporters, police cars, and ambulances now.

This wasn't what she should be paying any attention to now, she rushed to the car, ignoring the policeman that was coming up to her, she needs to find her daughter!

"Hey, mam! But she didn't want to stay or listen to him either and in a minute she was driving at a high speed out of the estate. She needs to get to her daughter "Sunny, mummy is coming for you".

She blink, this time she was able to move her hand but her head was still very light and fuzzy. Where was she? She felt so tired and helpless, she made to stand up from where ever she was laying down but found that she was helplessly tired.

Where was her mother? Her friends? Josh? This time she remembered running away from him...and the fountain? She remembered making her way out of the crowd of students then...

She had sat down on the bench near the fountain, she wanted to quiet moment for some seconds...some time alone and then...

Hands clasping her mouth tightly her body, it was just a matter of seconds, before she found herself being dragged away helplessly by an unknown stranger.

She remembered seeing Josh, he had been there... besides the fountain staring at something on the bench and then looking around for something or somebody.

He had followed her, she could swear that their eyes met for a brief minute, she thought he saw her, she thought she saw that stranger dragging her away silently but instead, she turned away and picked something up from the bench.

She wanted to scream out for help, she wanted him to come running to save her but now she felt a sharp pain in her neck as much as she wanted to stay awake she saw herself drifting away to nothingness.

She tried moving her body again, she tried opening her mouth to scream out for help but no words came out. Had she lost her voice? Was she still alive or dead?

After some minutes of struggling, she felt her body returning to an unconscious state again. She didn't want to blank out again, Sunny tried forcing herself to remain conscious but it feels like a waste of struggle because she saw herself a second later drifting off to her silent world.

Rebecca ran up to the flower garden, following the route that led to the hill outside the school, it was like a mini road but she continued making her way up, yelling out her daughter's name.

She had to be somewhere here, the security might have to skip searching this route but she had seen one coming down from here and he had assured her that he had searched through here and still haven't seen her.

But she did not want to listen to him, she wanted to check it out for herself, she might still find her daughter. "Sunny!  Where are you? Sunny mum is looking for you, please come out!

What she got in response was just silence but she didn't stop. " Please baby, I'm getting worried about you, please come out, a lot of guards and security are searching for you all over the city please come out if you're here"

She felt tears in her eyes but the dude did not stop, she wanted to see her daughter, she wanted all this to be a joke or a prank. She didn't want her to get missing because it seems impossible to live without her not knowing if she was okay or not.

Her heart broke each time she shouted her daughter's name and got no response, she didn't want to imagine what her daughter might be going through if she had been kidnapped.

She must find her no matter what! Tears dropped from her eyes and her feet hurt as she climbed the hill due to the heels she wore without a second thought she took them off and abandoned them there and continue making her way up while screaming her daughter's name.

"Where Becca? Andrew asked one of the few security who was strolling around the school.

" She's up in the hill, we have searched thoroughly but Sunny but she insisted on looking by herself". "You shouldn't only bed searching here!

"We're not, all areas in the city and being searched". Andrew turned to Miranda who has been behind her this whole time "You should get to the kids while I go in search of her, okay"

After what seemed like a second she nodded and Andrew bent forward and placed his lips briefly on her. "I'll let you know in anything comes up".

"Sure" Miranda watched her husband hurry off then turn and made her way to the kids, she hopes they find Sunny, but she still couldn't believe she was missing.

Andrew made his way up the hills after watching Sunny collect her certificate, he had waited outside to congratulate her but was instead cut up greeting a lot of people who had recognized him and when he finally got the chance to escape from them he couldn't find either Sunny or her mother and now this...

He must hope that they find her wherever she was and now he knew the pain that Becca was passing through.
