Ji Eun had spent the last few years living her life to the fullest in America with her boyfriend, Alex. They had traveled to many places and experienced different cultures together. Although she still thought about Jungkook from time to time, she had tried to move on and forget about him.

On the other hand, Jungkook had been busy with his music career with BTS. They had become one of the most popular K-pop groups in the world, selling out stadiums and winning awards. But no matter how successful he became, he couldn't forget the girl he had left behind.

One day, Jungkook was on a flight back to Korea with the other members of BTS after a successful concert in the United States. He was tired but satisfied with their performance, and was looking forward to getting some rest. However, fate had something else in store for him.

As he was walking through the airport, he saw a familiar figure in the distance. He couldn't believe his eyes. It was Ji Eun, the girl he had loved and left behind. She was walking hand in hand with a tall, handsome guy, who Jungkook assumed was her boyfriend.

Jungkook's heart sank. He had always regretted his decision to break up with Ji Eun, and seeing her now, with someone else, made him feel even worse. He didn't know what to do. Should he go talk to her? Or should he just walk away and let her be happy with her new boyfriend?

Before he could make a decision, Ji Eun saw him. She looked surprised at first, but then smiled and waved at him. Jungkook was surprised by her friendly gesture. He thought she would be angry or upset with him for leaving her. But her smile made him feel relieved.

Ji Eun's boyfriend also noticed Jungkook and looked at him suspiciously. Jungkook felt a pang of jealousy. He knew he shouldn't feel that way, but he couldn't help it. He still loved Ji Eun, and seeing her with someone else was painful.

Ji Eun walked over to Jungkook, still holding hands with her boyfriend. "Hey, Jungkook! It's so good to see you!" she said, giving him a warm hug.

Jungkook hugged her back, feeling a mix of emotions. He didn't want to let go, but he also didn't want to make things awkward in front of her boyfriend.

"It's good to see you too, Ji Eun," he said, trying to sound casual.

Ji Eun pulled away and introduced her boyfriend, Alex. "This is my boyfriend, Alex. Alex, this is Jungkook, an old friend of mine."

Jungkook shook hands with Alex, trying to be polite. He didn't want to start any trouble. But he couldn't help feeling a little jealous of the guy.

"So, what brings you to the States?" Ji Eun asked, looking genuinely interested.

"We just had a concert in New York. It was amazing," Jungkook said, trying to sound enthusiastic.

"That's great! I'm happy for you," Ji Eun said, smiling.

There was an awkward silence for a moment, and then Ji Eun's phone rang. She excused herself and walked away to take the call.

Jungkook was left alone with Alex, who was still eyeing him suspiciously. Jungkook didn't know what to say. He didn't want to start a fight or cause any trouble.

"So, you're an old friend of Ji Eun's?" Alex asked, breaking the silence.
