Chapter 21 - Exercise
After we got to the exercise room, Olly began to talk.
"Do you have any exercises you two plan on doing? Kai, Ella?"
I shook my head, and Ella copied.
"Then do you two want to copy me?"
Copy his exercises? It sounded like a good idea, since he said he was also apart of a duke's family then I'm sure he'd have some good regiment.
I nodded my head, but Ella shook her head, she probably knew her own way.
Ella waved at both of us and began to walk away, I waved back, and Olly spoke.
"Let's eat together after this!"
I nodded my head in agreement with Olly's statement and Ella nodded as well.
"What's first?" I decided to ask, it's better to start sooner than later.
"Follow me!"
He took me around the place and looked around as we walked, he seemed to be looking for a specific type of equipment.
"Umm... I know where we're going don't worry!"
Huh? It's our first time here, clearly you don't.
A few minutes later Olly let out a deep sigh.
"Haaaah... They don't have it here..."
I tilted my head
"Oh, sorry Kai, I was looking for a 'Paziomazda' it's something we have in my family's training area." The corners of Olly's mouth tilted downward and soon his eyes followed.
What? What's a Paziomazda? Is that some fancy, rich people workout equipment?
"It's fine, we can just workout with the basic equipment then!" The sad vibe Olly gave off was quickly shrugged away and he seemed motivated again.
"Let's do some warm-ups first!"
Olly took me to the corner of the room, it was a nice wide-open space where I assumed we could do whatever we wanted.
"100 Push-Ups!"
Push-ups? That was pretty simple and easy, we both finished in no time.
"100 Sit-Ups!"
Sit-ups? This was pretty basic so far; he did say these were warm-ups.
"100 Squats!"
Overall, it took a few dozen minutes, but we were both able to finish the warm-ups with no difficulty.
"Are you fine to train harder, Kai?"
I nodded my head, everything we've done so far was really simple.
"Alright!"
Olly led me to where the equipment was. The first one we stopped at was a bar with heavy weights at each end.
A dumbbell?
"We'll lift this 100 times with each arm."
I lifted one of the dumbbells and it felt around 15 pounds.
Huh? 100 times each arm? I may be able to do it if I take a little break after 10-20 reps or so.
"With no breaks."
Huh?
"And we'll do it 5 times."
What?
"Then we'll immediately do some pull-ups with 100-pound weights on."
Say again?
"Let's start!"

A few hours later I was still only around 150 dumbbell lifts in, there was no way I could do what he said. With no breaks too? He has got to be insane, is what I thought.
But he was finished, he finished his workout with a smile.
"Haah, my arms hurt, how about you, how much more do you have left Kai?"
Olly looked over and saw I was still lifting the dumbbells.
"Oh! You probably only have like 10ish more, right Kai?"
I looked at Olly and my arms felt like breaking, I shook my head.
"Huh? Oh! Are you going even harder on yourself? No way... Did you do 1000?"
"You're amazing Kai! I don't know how you could keep your a-"
I cut him off.
"150."
"Huh?"
"I've done 150."
"What?"
What do you mean 'What?' I'm not a superhuman.
Suddenly Kendel's voice could be heard
"That'll be it for today, though, of course if you'd like you can continue training. Just know that tomorrow you might not want to be tired for the run!"
I dropped the dumbbells on the floor, I could barely feel my arms. There was no way in hell I'd follow Olly's training method, I'll just stick to the basics and do it my own way from now on.
"Oh! Looks like today's training is over, let's head back!"
I nodded my head, and we met up with Ella.
"Hey Ella! How'd your training go?" Olly asked with a bright smile.
Ella gave a nod and a thumbs up
"That's great! Ours went good too!"
Did it?
"Let's head to the cafeteria then! I'm sure we're all hungry!"
*rumble*
A stomach could be heard, it was Ella's.
"Haha! Let's go!" Olly could be heard as he began to lead us.

A few dozen minutes later, Olly began to speak.
"Where's the cafeteria again?"
He looked at us with a confused look
You're asking us? I thought you'd know considering you took the lead.
I looked at Ella, and she looked at me.
I shrugged my shoulders and she copied.
"Oh! Olly! Kai!"
We could hear voices from behind us, it was Aster, Irene, Lily, and Audrey
"What're you guys doing here?" Audrey asked
"We were looking for the cafeteria... But I may or may not have gotten lost."
…
Aster's mouth was open with shock.
"Oh! We were headed to the cafeteria too; we didn't think that we'd eat at the same time, let's eat together!" Audrey spoke with a smile
"Yup! Lead the way!"
"By the way, who's this, Kai?" Irene asked while looking at Ella
"Oh, that's Ella! Our newest friend!" Olly spoke with a loud voice but also with a smile.
I looked at Ella and she still had her same blank expression on, could we be considered friends?
Ella nodded her head and everyone there besides me and Olly had opened their eyes wide.
Ella tilted her head for a second and then waved her hand.
"...Is she a second Kai?"
I tilted my head and Ella tilted her head again
"Both... their expression and actions seem similar so far..."
"Olly?" Irene looked at Olly with a gaze that seemed to ask him to explain.
"Haha! From what I've seen so far today, they are both very similar!"
Are they dissing us? We're right here you know...
"Whatever! I'm hungry! Let's go eat!" Olly began to lead us somewhere again
"Not that way, idiot." Aster held Olly's shirt and stopped him from moving.
Aster led us to the cafeteria and we all conversated on our way there, we quickly found a table that could fit all of us and got our food then sat down.
"So, what kind of class did you guys have today?" Audrey looked at Olly
Olly began to explain everything that happened while everyone else was eating... Except for Lily.
I looked at Lily and could see her staring at Ella, it's like what happened when she first met me.
