After accidentally dying due to his own revenge plot, Poltas Clairwood gets a second chance at life in the fantasy universe of Floretia at a relatively small cost. This new land has its own technology and creatures, coupled with all sorts of morally grey Heroes on two different sides of the war. With the aid of their Guardians, the Heroes want to bring peace to the Realm of Floretia. Unbeknownst to them, sinister forces are at work. What role will Poltas play after being summoned to this mysterious world? Will he find his footing in a world where magic is real and his university degree doesn't help him get a job?
