A soft chuckle then escapes Liu Shan's mouth and he stops clapping. Reaching into his inner coat pocket, he takes out his phone. Throughout the process, he never once avert his sharp gaze from the obese man as his thumb moves over the phone screen like they had eyes of their own.

His thumb stops moving and he place the phone on the table. With a light push, the phone swiftly slides across the table and stops in front of President Fang.

Since President Fang went so far as to try and change the purpose of this meeting, it can only mean the man thinks De L'amour is a company easy to be stepped on. This is clearly why he dares to look down on them.
