39 Saved by Gea

Gea walked back into the apartment area after being called by the club owner that tonight would be closed temporarily due to a large-scale raid from the police who suspected that the club was in the prostitution business. She walked down the corridor until she reached the elevator and immediately pressed the button for the fourth floor.

"If the club is closed for a few days, I can rest in peace. Stop staying up late," Gea muttered with a relieved smile as she waited for the elevator doors to open again. She imagined that she would invite Alexa to have fun or just watch a movie together until she fell asleep because so far they rarely spent time together because of the very contrasting working hours.

In the room, Alexa still hasn't been spotted by Bastian. She continued to fight the masher at all costs even his room became a mess. There were several items, pillows, or bolsters scattered on the floor because the girl had used them to ward off the attack of the man who was about to rape her.

Alexa threw a flower vase at Bastian but it didn't mean anything because the vase hit the wall after Bastian dodged. She was cornered, while the man smiled slyly at her while unbuttoning his shirt one by one. His gaze was wild and looked disgusting.

"Mr. Bastian... Please don't do this to me! I will get out of here... It doesn't matter if I live under the bridge but don't ever harass me!" finally Alexa pleaded with tears in fear. She did not expect to be in this terrible position, wondering how Gea could be deceived by Bastian's kindness which turned out to be conditional.

"Why do you always refuse, Alexa? Are you worried that Gea will get angry?" Bastian asked while taking off his shirt and then throwing it in any direction. He was getting closer to Alexa who was crying in the corner by standing sideways. "Gea won't know. She'll be back later at midnight or even in the morning. Let's just take this opportunity to have fun. I'm sure you will be addicted and will always want me for the following days, just like when Gea was like that to me."

"I'm not Gea... Don't compare us!" Alexa cried even more curled up.

Gea entered the apartment and heard a noise coming from the room. Instantly her brow furrowed and she ran towards the room but did not immediately enter.

"PLEASE...TAKE OFF ME!"

Gea heard Alexa's voice asking for help and a man's voice. 'Is it possible that someone will rob? or... ah... I have to find a tool to fight that guy.' She thought then rushed to the kitchen to look for anything that could deter the bad guy.

In the kitchen, Gea seemed to be in a hurry until she reflexively took the medium-sized pan she used to fry eggs. "I think he's going to pass out just from getting hit by this pan punch," she said with an ambitious look.

Gea immediately ran to the room and immediately opened the door. She sees a man trying to harass Alexa.

Alexa was in a lying position and the man was curled up on top of her, had managed to reveal the bathrobe to reveal a part of her white and smooth chest.

"Gea ... He's not a good man for you," Alexa whispered in a sitting position embracing her own body. She glanced at Bastian who was unconscious with his head bleeding until the blood stained the bedsheet.

Gea shook her head and immediately approached Alexa, then hugged her. "I'm sorry Alexa... because of me, you almost became a victim. I've been having my doubts a bit lately and it turns out that he's just not nice."

"I'm so scary, Gea... what if he dies?" asked Alexa as she let go of Gea's arms.

Gea approached Bastian then checked his pulse. "He's still alive, Alexa."

"Really?" Alexa also approached Bastian but did not dare to touch...

Gea was silent for a while then looked at Alexa who was still only wearing a bathrobe. "Alexa... I think he only has minor injuries and will probably wake up soon. You better hurry get changed and we're out of this apartment. I'm sure, maybe out there he also has other girlfriends."

Alexa smiled and nodded. She immediately got off the bed together with Gea. She hastily changed clothes by wearing black jeans combined with an oversized white t-shirt that she randomly picked up, then packed the other clothes into the suitcase, then put the make-up equipment and the laptop that Melvin bought her into her briefcase.

"Gea, I'll help you. What do you want to bring?'' Alexa asked seeing Gea who had more things in the apartment.

"Yes, it's the most important thing, Alexa," said Gea as she stuffed her clothes into a large black suitcase. She turned to glance at the rack of her bag and high heels collection. "Please put my bag and collection of high heels into another suitcase," she cried.

"Okay."

Alexa immediately did what Gea asked. After everything was settled, she immediately left the apartment with her best friend, leaving Bastian who was still unconscious with a shirtless and bleeding head.
