Meeting Again.

Daisy arrived at the office with Mr Harry.

She had been here once before when she came to meet Mr. Flynn with her grandfather. She took the lift to the top floor with Mr. Harry.

"Daisy, you can go inside. I will be there in a minute," Mr Harry said, heading towards a man who was busy typing on his laptop.

Daisy agreed to Mr Harry's words and walked towards the door, knocking on the door before entering.

The person in the chair looked familiar to her.

"It's you!"

That's when she remembered him as the same person she had met at the party she attended with her fiancé.

It equally surprised Kevin to see the girl he had met at the party with Ricky. He never imagined he would run into her again.

"Miss-" He realized they had never introduced themselves.

He shared his past with a stranger, not even knowing her name.

Daisy was shocked as well. Why was the person she met at the party here?

She assumed that after Mr. Flynn, his son would take over as the head of the company. So, what was Kevin doing here?

She recalled Kevin saying he was an orphan. She felt good about Kevin back then and shared her problems. Did he tell her he was an orphan to get close to her?

She remembered that Kevin had mentioned he was an orphan. She felt Kevin was a good person back then and shared her problems. Did he tell her he was an orphan to get close to her?

"Kevin, this is the person I want you to meet. She is Daisy Gilbert. And Daisy, this is Kevin Flynn." Mr. Harry introduced them to each other.

Daisy didn't notice when Mr Harry came into the room.

"Gilbert? I heard this somewhere," Kevin thought.

"Ms. Daisy, it's good to see you again," Kevin replied.

"Huh? Did you guys meet before?" Mr. Harry was confused.

"Yes, we met each other at the party," Kevin simply replied.

Daisy was scolding herself because she thought Kevin was genuine. Mr Harry asked her to sit down, so she sat on the chair in front of her.

"I never saw Mr. Flynn's son," Daisy said nervously.

"No, he wasn't Mr. Flynn's son," Mr. Harry explained.

"Son? Does Mr. Flynn have a son?" Kevin questioned.

"Huh?" Daisy was confused. She thought Mr. Flynn's son took over his father's position. So, who was Kevin?

"Mr. Flynn supported me financially when I was studying, and a month ago, he wanted me to be his heir. So here I am," Kevin replied.

Daisy felt guilty because she thought Kevin lied to her just like others. It looks like what he said to her was indeed true.

But she couldn't understand why Mr. Flynn would pass on his inheritance to a random person rather than his own son.

Where is his son right now? Of course, no one will be okay when your father simply gives away the inheritance to a random person.

"So, Ms. Daisy, are you close to Mr. Flynn?" Kevin asked.

"I'm not that close to him. He was good friends with my grandfather, and sometimes I used to visit Mr. Flynn with my grandfather," Daisy said.

Kevin thought about Daisy's words. He always thought that Mr. Flynn didn't have anyone to inherit his business. Or is he simply overthinking?

He just gave up on it because, even if he were right, Mr Harry would not tell him the truth. So, rather, forget about it.

"So Mr. Harry, why do you want me to meet Ms. Daisy?" Kevin asked.

"Well, of course, you don't have any personal assistant who manages your schedule, so I hired you one," Mr. Harry said.

"But, Mr. Harry, I thought you were my personal assistant," Kevin questioned.

"Boy, I was Mr. Flynn's personal assistant. Not yours. But don't worry, I will still help you and Daisy. The work is too much to handle," Mr. Harry replied.

Kevin understood his words. After the death of Mr. Flynn, Mr. Harry took care of everything. It must be hard for him.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Harry. I didn't think I was troubling you this much." Kevin felt guilty. All this was his responsibility, but he threw all the work on Mr. Harry.

"You are worrying too much, Kevin. It wasn't your mistake. Things are just too sudden." Mr. Harry didn't want Kevin to feel guilty about himself.

"So are you okay, Daisy, being your personal assistant?" Mr. Harry questioned.

"Sure. Ms. Daisy, I hope you are okay with it," Kevin asked Daisy.

"Yeah, I am okay with it," Daisy replied.
