1 Hello there

"So I've gotta get a few things straight before we get into the story i call my life. Well for starters there was a huge war between humans and vampires we won but that's because we found a poison that only worked on them. If we hadn't found that poison we would have lost, hell we almost did; and before you say anything we didn't start it. Some stupid radical vampires who believed that us humans should just be used as food and not allowed to roam the earth started it. Though we were the ones who finished it. Now vampires are collared and kept as pets. Now on to me, my job is to hunt down any straggler vampires that some how managed to hide. Its also believed there there are other supernatural out there but we have yet to be able to find them according the the blood suckers, witches helped them hide from what she understood. The witches refused to help the vamps during the war. Simply because of the war they started but I was told if I find any trace of any of the other supernatural races I'm to track then down and inform the higher ups about the location I'm only qualified to catch vampires. So that's all you need to know to understand for now, so on to the fun part which is my life."

Sitting in the front seat of the van starting out at the endless expanse of this dark empty highway. A young woman moved her right hand over to turn the stereo up louder trying to stifle a yawn. "Nothing but me and open road, oh joy," she said to herself. After driving for a couple more hours a male voice came out over the radio. "Come in, there has been a sighting in the middle section in quadrant 7 anyone near by?" questioned the voice over the radio.

She reached out grabbing the radio clicking the button to answer. "10-4 I need a 10-20 on that exact location," she replied back to the operator.

"Its off route 20 by the old run down mill," he answered back.

"On my way, what's the 10-25H?" She asked back flipping on the purple and blue lights to show she was a hunter heading to a location. This was similar to the police lights telling everyone it was an emergency. "Possibly very dangerous, said to be tall male with dark hair light eyes possibly 207 a young girl blonde hair maybe around 8-10."

"10-4 be there shortly," she replied again, then put her radio back in place. She sped up going down to empty highway. After a few moments she had to slow down as my exit came into view to take it without rolling my van. Once she was off the highway she had to make a couple quick turns before getting on to route 20. Once she pulled on to the road it was quickly noticed that the street lights were out. Slowing down further allowed the hunter to see with the help of the flashlight on her hip. With the light she noticed many of the street light had been broken. She flipped her lights off and slowed down, before pulling up to the mill she then turned her head lights off and rolled to a stop. She leaned over to the glove box and pulled out her trank gun, loading it with some of the poison and checked to make sure her issued gun was in its holster. She finally opened the door and put the trank gun in another holster as she removed the gun and flashlight, slowly walking up to the old mill keeping alert as she moved to the building, checking the doors and windows first to see if the suspect could be inside. After checking the perimeter and coming to the conclusion that the suspect wasn't inside she then proceeded to check the surrounding area.

The area surrounding the mill was all forest, with the broken street lights, no moon and only my flashlight to illuminate my path. As she crept around sweeping the area she spotted a couple snapped branches most likely from when he ran threw the area. 'I really hope this isn't just some human I'm not really qualified to deal with them,' the huntress thought to herself. She slowly and quietly fallowed any signs she found that lead deeper into the forest.

She soon found herself deep in the woods alone and without a trail to fallow further. Carefully sweeping the immediate area to find nothing to tell me were they could have gone. The young woman slowly turned around to had back to the car to radio in keeping my eyes peeled in case she missed something. As she walked back the huntress stepped on a twig snapping it, a snapping sound to fallowed not long after of another twig snapping as she had let her guard down for a moment which gave the perfect opportunity for an attack; this was such a rooky mistake. With in seconds of the twigs snapping she was pinned to a tree her gun on the ground while being choked by the suspect who was definitely a vampire, his glowing eyes said it all.

"Well hello there," he said leaning into her whispering in her ear causing goose bumps to raise up all over.

The young woman tried to stealthily grab her trank gun only for her arm to be grabbed swiftly and held up above her head. Black was quickly seeping into her vision. She tried desperately to get free by pulling at the hand that held her as well as trying to kick him. The only thing that got her to stop was him placing his knee between her legs raising me up a bit and pressing into her more. 'Is this how I'm going to die?' She couldn't help but wonder in her foggy mind. Just as she was about to fall unconscious she was released and fell to the ground blacking out.
