11 First Interaction

Lily got out of the shower, naked, and went back to the mirror, to see herself clean from the dried blood from her dead father. She forced a smile, but it didn't last.

To her she looked dead, felt dead, even though she was breathing, her heart was beating albeit very slowly, she couldn't gather enough strength to care about anything else.

But something seemed odd each time she thought back to the strangers in her living she felt a jolt in her heart, and a bond so strong, stronger than the rage she felt for her father's mistreatment of her, that's why she was a little anxious about meeting them.

She doesn't know everything that happened last night, but based on a few factors like the connection she feels when thinking about the strangers. Her coming back from the dead. She can at least speculate it has something to do with them.

'While me coming from the dead has something to do with them, I think at the very least the connection I feel is because of me, but why though? Don't tell me..'

"Status" she muttered, then the system panel, showed a holographic screen before her. She focused on the tamer, from the status info, and information regarding it appeared.

[Status: Tamer - Due to inconceivable circumstances host has awakened the true nature of the tamer ability, not only that but host has already tamed her first, 'beasts'. Since host had been barely consciousness during the process, system refrained from integrating the host with the memories of the two tamed 'beasts']

[Would host like to integrate with the memories of the tamed 'beasts' (Y/N)]

'Interesting.. so due to being brought back from the dead my [F - Graded] ability somehow evolved, not only that, but the strangers who brought me back from the dead were tamed by me instead.

If I think about it seriously I was probably brought back with a necromancy ability. It would certainly explain why I'm an undead race, meaning I should have been loyal to those two strangers instead it's the opposite.. talk about irony!' Lily gave herself a mirthless chuckle to her own thoughts, then became serious.

'But I should probably hold off from integrating with their memories, I don't know much about them to act impulsively, plus if they are really my tamed 'beasts' I won't need to go so as far as to mixing other people's memories with my own.. my own pain is already enough.'

Lily unconsciously nodded to herself. She took a towel, and wiped her body, then covered herself. To her surprise her hair wasn't drenched despite being the first part to come in contact with the water from the showerhead.

But then she shook her head, accepting that she was no longer normal.. or human for that matter. She got out of the the bathroom, and went straight to were her guests were seated. Without any regard for modesty, she sat down on the coffee table.

Now that she was close to them, her heart sped up to a human's normal pace, and her mind calmed, and she felt comfortable being close to them. It was odd because she has never been comfortable with anyone, even those who had no malice intentions towards her.

She had been looking downcast, so after she gathered herself, she dared to look at them closely, and when she did her heart threatened to burst out of her chest. 'What's happening to me?' she mused.

She didn't understand why she felt this way? Was it because of how beautiful they are? She couldn't deny they were both enchanting, but felt there was more to it than superficial looks. She sighed, and tried to ignore her pounding heart.

As she sat at the coffee table she regarded them with quizzical expression. She didn't know which of the two she was supposed to focus her attention on. Both of them looked exactly the same, and both of them had an air of authority.

She chose to focus on the one on her right. She had longer white hair, porcelain skin, pure golden pupil and irises eyes without any specks inside of them. Her expression was stoic giving away nothing.

Lily noticed despite how she tried to hide her discomfort, her hands were tightly clenched, most likely for them not to tremble. Lily then looked at the one on her left, she had a smile plastered on her face, and despite reaching her eyes, it lacked warmth.

She had shoulder length white hair, her hands were behind her head, and she seemed relaxed, but Lily was no longer the same human relying only on what she perceives with her own eyes, she could smell the nervous energy surrounding her 'relaxed' guest.

'Not only can I smell that, but I can also smell how dangerous they are. If I were to get in a fight with either one of them, my chances of survival are non-existent, yet they seem to be more afraid of me.

It's just as I speculated I hold the higher ground since I'm the tamer, well how about that. For the first time in my entire existence, I finally have the power to control not only my destiny, but others as well.'

Lily thought, as her gaze remained on the eyes of the 'relaxed' guest. Her eyes were the same as the stoic twin, pure golden, and very beautiful in a creepy way. After her initial observation, Lily thought it was about time, she talked to them.

She thought on how to best approach with a question, a good one that won't make them feel even more uncomfortable. After thinking about it for a while, she nodded to herself proud. She had come up with the best question that will break the tension.

She focused on both of them, and asked "Which of the two of you is the smart one?" The twins frowned, confused by such an insulting question.

The 'relaxed' one looked at her sister, while her sister was thinking about the question seriously which made the relaxed one frown further, then turned her gaze towards Lily.

"Lily we don't have time for this, just lay it out bluntly, what do you want from us?" Want from them? Lily was both surprised and confused, but didn't let it show, and just looked at the 'relaxed' one with an amused expression.

"Mmm.. what do I want from you? Before I answer that, please tell me your names." Lily replied, treating their exchange like some kind of game. She somehow knew Lily's name, but she doesn't know theirs, which made Lily excited for some reason.

The relaxed one didn't think anything of it, and replied "Luna, and the stoic Idiot beside me is Aurora, now answer my question."

Aurora turned to her sister and glared daggers, before remembering who was before her, and reverted to her stoic self. Lily nodded, her smile widening a little "Now it's very clear to me who's the smart one between the two of you, it's definitely Lun-" before she could finish her sentence, she felt a murderous glare, and when turned to Aurora it was gone.

Amused she laughed, and changed what she was going to say "Hehehe- hehe... Anyway, what I want from the both of you is.." she paused and looked at their reaction, they were trying to hide it, but they were listening to Lily very attentively, and it made her chuckle for a moment.

"What is it you want? Just say it.." Aurora frustratingly asked with an irritated expression, her tone sharp. Luna sighed not surprised by her sister's outburst.

Chuckling, Lily had finally reached a decision of what she wanted, she wasn't clear at first, but since she was having fun with her interaction with the twins, she knew what had to be done.

"Okay.. what I want from the both of you is your friendship!"

"What?"

"Huh?
