Chapter 14: Collecting my Allies

After the light appears again, I open my eyes and I found myself in my bed. This time my mother is back again but younger from the future. I wake her up, "Mom, I am back" then she opens her eyes with a surprise and hugs me. "Oh, my dear Ezar, you are awake. Michael, Ezar is awake come up here." My father then comes up and hugs me. "Ezar, you are back" my father who is strict and bold came back to being a simple man like when he said the letter to my brother Eric.

"Hello father, I am back." and I smile.

After dinner, things are back to normal. No visiting the past nor the future just the present. Then, I told my parents about the plan to defeat the governor. "Father, mother, there is something I have to say on how we could defeat the governor." They listen and I continued to speak, "but first, I need you to do something. It is about my uncle Ethan." When I told them about Ethan, they were surprised. My mother doesn't tell me about Ethan being my uncle, but I just need to find him and become his ally, then I continued, "I know, you are thinking how I found out about him, but he is the only key to defeat the governor, to defeat Emilio."

"Uncle Ethan can help us finish this battle between the Death Village and that fake governor, so please, just trust me on this," I said persuading them. My father just keeps on looking at me then he said, "I don't know Ezar, Alexandra but getting help from him means surrendering to him and I don't know if I could do that." he said, but I object him, "but father, it's better to surrender to him than to surrender to Emilio. Just, for a moment, give it a chance and I will prove to you that he will help us in the end. Please" I begged, then he look at my mother and mother put her hand to my father's hand and he sighs, "Okay fine, does it your way. Just remember you deal with him and I will just support you." "Thank you father" I replied.

In the morning, I came back to Breind International to find Amanda, I mean Emma. When I saw Lucas in the hallway and he also saw me. "Ezar, you are back, where have you been? When I wake up, I found myself in a hotel, and you are gone," he asks. "Oh, right. You are already wasted so, I just put you in the hotel and left because something urgent happened with my mother." I said, "Oh how is she now?" he asked, "she is alright now, but I have to go I have been missing my works this past few weeks but after I am done we can meet again", I said. "Sure, just meet me in the library, and you already know where to find me. See you later" then he kissed me on my cheeks. Is it possible to think that he is my husband and the father of my children? No... never mind, he was the one who tried to rape Erica before so, I will not allow it.

After the class, I found Crystal with the three bitchy girls. She is carrying their bag and bow her head when she saw me. Then the bitchy girl saw me as well and said this, "oh looks who's back, the one who breaks my arm." then I replied, "Oh hi, would you like to try again? Let's try the other one." then the crowd suddenly look at us and the bitchy girl just open her mouth and left.

After that, I walk to the quiet place on the campus. In the garden, I look around and saw Emma, "I know you'll follow me, here. Emma" she was surprised for a second when I called her name and then she removes her wig and glasses, "as expected you really are a smart person. But who are you? You seem to be familiar. Have we met before?" she asked. "Maybe, we do, but I brought you here because I need your help." "Help, what for?" "I need your help to put Luis in jail."

Then her expression change again. "but why? did he do something wrong to you?" she asked. "No, not to me but to my friend Erica. I know that she died because of Luis and I need your help with that." "Erica? how did you know her? She never told me that she had a friend like you except to her gold digger friends. Are you one of them?" "No, I am not, in fact, I just saw her recently and we just became friends. She also did tell me about who you are and you are her only friend," telling her that, her eyes started crying and she kneels down. "She did say that?" "Yes, she did."

After a moment, we sat on the chair and I introduce my name. "By the way, I forgot to introduce myself, I am..." "You are Ezar Madden, I know I research about you." Then I smiled, "actually, yes I am Ezar, but uhm... My real name is Alexandra or 3113 if you heard about it before." Then her face was surprised again, "Wait, so... You are... Her? I mean you are 3113? But... how did I not recognize you?" She said confused and amused. "Well, I also don't know, and uhm I also did not expect that you would recognize that code name." I smiled then she holds my hand and said, "How would I forget, you changed my history and you help me met Erica so, I would never forget about you, I will help you with all I can." Hearing that means she's onboard and I already got an ally. "Well, that was good to hear." I smiled.
