Unveiling

Marbel sat next to Tyler in the infirmary, He was still unconscious.

"He looks worse than before" Tessy noted examining Tyler who laid lifeless on the bed.

"Isn't it weird that Kiana hasn't come to visit him since he arrived" Marbel stated

"I know right" Tessy said "We should go visit her" she added

"Ha! poor Tyler" Marbel said standing up to leave the room before running into Xavier and Lou.

"Xavier" Marbel called

"Hi" Xavier smiled while Lou walked into the room with some men.

"What's going on?" Tessy said

"We moving Tyler to another hospital, he'll be safer with Lou" Xavier said

"But isn't he the son of Desmond Politenn?" Marbel asked

"He and Tyler are good friends, It'll be fine" Xavier said.

"What's going on here?" Lira asked entering the infirmary and watching some men move Tyler out

"We are moving him" Lou noted

"Who authorised this?" Lira frowned

"Six Lau got it approved by Mr Carlos" Xavier smirked handing her a digital form.

"Sure you did" she said as she rolled her eyes and left infirmary

"I don't think we should let them take him" Tessy whispered to Marbel

"There's nothing we can do... they have a pass" Marbel noted "Let's head to Kiana's" She added leaving the infirmary

Marbel and Tessy arrived the apartment, it looked deserted. Marbel rang the doorbell but there was no reply. Tessy pushed the door and it flew open exposing a dusty and unkept room.

"It doesn't look like anyone's been here for a while" Marbel noted

"This was the address I got from the agency"Tessy replied, since Kiana wasn't answering their calls she had decided to check through the 9Xforce citizen profile to find her address.

"This must be their old place" Marbel said looking around.

"There is something over here" Tessy said rolling away the carpet exposing a basement door.

"Well are you going in?" Marbel asked lifting up the door of the basement.

"It doesn't look safe" Tessy noted watching Marbel go into the basement

"Come on" Marbel said reaching the basement floor and looking around...

Marbel turned on the light and looked around the room, There was a picture of a young girl maybe three years old sitting next to a man wearing a 9Xforce Class 1 uniform. "wow she's pretty" Tessy said

"You are right" Marbel said examining the young girl

Marbel opened some boxes in the basement and saw some digital files and capsules in the different boxes. Tessy played one of the capsule and it showed Kiana's mum playing with the little girl. "This is Kiana" Tessy exclaimed finally noticing the resemblance

"Then that must be her father, He looks nothing like Andrew Davis" Marbel said to herself looking back at the picture

"Look there are some unread messages on this tab" Tessy said

They played one of the messages... Kiana's dad sat in a tunnel... "I dunno if I'll make it out alive but if I don't, I want you to take Kiana far away from this place... Take her somewhere else where she would be safe. The chip isn't Andrew Davis..." The video went off

"What was that about?" Tessy asked clicking on the other messages... this

one was a voice note from Kiana's dad "Clara, our daughter isn't safe here... The hybrid society isn't the enemy but Andrew Davis... please I hope you are getting this messages"

"What's the last message?" Marbel asked

"It's a code to short down some super weapon" Tessy noted handing the tab to Marbel and going through the remaining items in the box.

"I wonder what the super weapon is?" Marbel said examining the tab

"Probably something to do with what 32 was working on... Eight and I found out from his memory core that he was figuring out how to shut down some device" Tessy replied

"Is that why they blew up the lab?" Marbel asked

"I dunno, but we better be going" Tessy said putting some of the capsules and digital files in her bag.

"Yeah" Marbel replied.
