Finding Davis
"You four have been to our secret base and you must by all means keep it between yourselves as you have seen... we can't trust anyone" Carlos said to Kiana, Tyler, Tessy and Xavier as he paced round the room starring at files and screens.
"Xavier you are in charge of Kiana and Tyler for the meantime... Davis is still on the loose and might probably use either of them to achieve his plan, We can't be too careful" He added starring at Kiana and Tyler who had their heads bowed to the ground.
Walking through the halls of the 9Xforce agency, Kiana got stares and glares from different agents.
"Kiana!" A tall black girl came running towards her... It was Marbel "Oh am so glad you are back" She said hugging her
"Am so happy to see you too" Kiana noted hugging her tightly.
"It's really good to know you're okay... Search is still on for that bastard Davis and am in the next team so we'll catch up later" Marbel said breaking out of the hug.
"Ok good luck" Kiana replied watching her jug off with a wave.
The fact that Andrew Davis was still on the loose made her uneasy and she wished she could help in capturing him but Carlos had ordered she stayed out of Davis's reach to prevent her from been manipulated again, these made her feel really bad... she wanted to the one to capture Andrew Davis and watch him take his last breath.
" You are scaring me" Terri said appearing next to Kiana startling her, she had forgotten that Tyler had handed Terri's gem back to her.
"Now you are the one scaring me" she said poking Terri
"You're gonna stay out of this right?" Terri asked
"Yah I guess" Kiana replied sadly
Amber walked down the streets it was quite since the citizens hadn't been brought back from the shelter. Davis had sent her to place some device at specific location around the city for his operation extermination.
"Amber?" Marbel called breaking out of her search team
"Marbel!" Amber said not quite happy to see her
"Aren't you supposed to be at the safe house?" Marbel asked
"Umm..." Amber said trying to hide her face from Marbel's other team members
"Do you know her?" A team member asked
"Yah! We are friends" Marbel said
"She looks oddly familiar" another said and the first one concord
"Umm... I gotta go" Amber said trying to slip away
"No way... It's not safe you need to head over to the safe house" Marbel said grabbing hold of her hand
"I can take care of myself" Amber noted pulling her hand away from Marbel's grip
"Wait I remember... I saw her with Andrew once... She working with him" A team member pointed out
"That's impossible" Marbel said
"Yah that right... I saw her too" another noted as they brought out their blasters
"Amber?" Marbel called staring at Amber who staggered back
"You coming with us" The first team member said pointing a blaster at her
"Not a chance" Amber replied driving her fist into the ground and causing a large shock wave throwing the 9Xforce out of balance before taking to her heels... but before she could get any further Marbel sent her laser staff towards Amber hitting her head and causing her to go unconscious.
The Interrogation room was packed with various equipment... Carlos had instructed that if Amber hesitated in her confession she should be tortured until she spoke. She sat silently on a chair in the interrogation and watched the agents walk in and out of the room, Marbel had asked to talk to her first before the other agents. She hoped she could get Amber to talk instead of her being tortured.
