West Enfield - Auror training grounds

Kenneth, who had stirred up a heated discussion in Wizengamot, was standing under a tree, phasing in and out of reality every minute or so. It has been a week since the incident, he knew he would make a few ripples just like the time when he caught the Corrow siblings, but he had no idea that his aunt would be able to clue together his identity and to go as far as cover up for him. This was because the time he remembered when he was a baby and when he read the original books, he knew Amelia Bones was an upright women who did not bend any rules. She was the Minerva Mcgonagall of the Ministry. So everything Amelia had done was out of his expectations. If he had known about what his Aunt had done, then he would have definitely gone to have a talk with her and if anyone else had found out that K.B. meant Kenneth Bones, he would not have worried too much, after all, no one, not even Kenneth himself knew what he would originally look like as a child of a Bones family. He would only have to worry about the safety of his aunt and cousin.

He kept of practicing spatial phasing, he found the magic intriguing, Nagini had achieved intangibility through creating a different pocket dimension and interacting with the physical world through his own reconnaissance spell.

Opening his eyes, Kenneth took out the map of the forest and re-orientated himself before turning into a Thestral, a skinny black horse type creature with wings that could only been seen by those who had witnessed death, and made his way towards the most intelligent group of creatures in the entire forest, centaurs.

Thanks to the Ministry maintaining the massive "Forest", it had different topographies that was suitable to different creatures. It had wet lands, swamps, lakes, small dry lands, deserts and forest. Currently Kenneth was flying in between two mountain ranges with a flat land in between then, north of the training camp. He had teleported ten kilometers south of the centaur camp as he did not want to accidentally be detected. After all, other than healing magic, centaurs were very well known as seers and stargazers.

Reaching the outer parameter of the centaur camp, the Thestral Kenneth dove down into the treetops and transformed into a black Demiguise with silver eyes, a creature that looked like an overgrown sloth but had the ability to turn invisible and peep into the future. He activated both the innate abilities of the creature, turning invisible; he started seeing different scenarios playing in front of his eyes. Demiguise's seer ability was not able to see into distant future, they were barely able to look 12 hours into the future, however, because it was a short term peeking into the future, the events had a high probability of coming into past.

............

"Lycus, when do you think the human will try to infiltrate the camp?" asked one of the centaurs guarding the entrance of the camp

"Who knows Pylenor. The chief seer only said that the token would be taken today. Whoever this human is, he is very impressive, if the chief is correct, even if we placed everyone on guard, he would still be able to take the token without being detected. This is the first time we are facing such a situation," said Lycus the centaur.

"It really is hard to believe, someone able to go undetected even with the chiefs abilities. Usually, we would need to relax the defenses and the chief pretending to be oblivious so the humans would have a small chance of taking the token," said Pylenor.

At this time, Kenneth had turned into a pixie and started approaching the outer fence of the centaur camp. There were a few detection magic placed on the fence, Kenneth easily by passed them using spatial magic and headed into the center of the camp where the chief centaurs dwelling was, it was also were the token was placed in. He used spatial phasing to create small pocket dimensions and travel through the camp, once he would reach the boundary of the pocket dimension, he would take cover before deactivating the magic and recasting it.

The chief's dwelling was larger than the others, but was still made of mud, rocks, wood and straws, just like the others. Kenneth entered the dwelling. As expected, the inside was spacious and had very few items, the "furniture" only consisted of tall tables made of wood, there were multiple pots with herbs and other items scattered around the place. There was a single bookshelf, there were no books in it, but rolled up animal skin. What Kenneth found weird was that the chief centaur, whose upper body was well built and his lower horse body was pure brown, he had white, ancient looking markings tattooed all over his upper body, was standing at the middle of the room, staring at the table, when he followed the chief's gaze; he realized that he was looking at the token.

Kenneth waited for a few minutes for the chief centaur to look somewhere else, but he never did. Since keeping spatial phasing active required a lot of magic, Kenneth could not wait any longer; he simple brought the token into the pocket dimension before placing it in his spatial ring.

The moment the token disappeared the chief centaur said, "Master Bones, please wait."

Kenneth stopped leaving and turned around with a frown, the chief centaur looked at where Kenneth was supposed to be and continued, "My name is Orius, the chief of all centaurs in magical Britain. I wish to speak with you, do not worry about the token given to you by the Ministry. You can take the token and pass the task, no one will report to you having contact with me. When you get this message please just come talk to me, there is much I have to tell you, the Chosen One."

Kenneth blinked as he snapped out of his future vision; he was still on the treetops on the outskirts of the camp. He was speechless; this was the first time he received a message from the future. He thought for a minute before turning into his human form and walking towards the entrance of the camp, just the fact that the chief had called him "Bones" was enough for him to have a chat with the extraordinary being.

"Halt! Human!" shouted Pylenor pointing a spear at Kenneth.

Before he continued, Kenneth said, "Pylenor, Lycus, I am the human that your chief Orius talked about today. I am here to speak with your chief, he is expecting me."

The two guards looked at each other dumfounded before Lycus said, "Follow me."

Kenneth followed Lycus while taking a look around curiously, the settlement had spacious and had wide roads, most of the stalls that was erected on the side roads were higher than what you find in human settlements. From what Kenneth could tell, it was nothing like the creatures portrayed in the Harry Potter films or books, they were not barbaric and rough sort of creatures and they were organized and blended their settlement in a way that complimented the forest in the surroundings. Even the road sides were planted with flowers and fruit trees short enough for the young centaurs to reach.

"Lycus! Why did you bring their kind into our sanctuary?! Their kind has nothing but been the bringers of destruction!" said a centaur that was behind one of the stalls.

"It is not up to you to tell me what and what not to do, Melaneus. I am bringing the human to meet with the chief who is expecting him. If you have a problem, take it up with him," said Lycus.

As they walked down the road towards the chief's dwelling, more and more centaurs, starting from the young to the old came to look at the all the commotion. Kenneth was starting to doubt his decision to come out so openly. Approaching the middle of the camp, Kenneth notices that the chief was actually already standing in front of his dwelling, waiting for his arrival.

The moment Kenneth came few meter in front of the chief, the beautiful half man half horse did something out of his expectations. The chief, Orius, took a few steps forwards and kneeled with just one of his front legs, and said, "Welcome Master Bones, Welcome the master and the ruler of Magic, Welcome the preordained one!"

The entire ground and all those who were following Kenneth and Kenneth himself froze momentarily.

"Chief! What are you doing?!" asked one the centaurs behind Kenneth. However, the chief never needed to reply, as the older generation of the race started mimicking the chief and said, "Welcome, the preordained one."

Kenneth who was in the middle of all the attention wanted to use spatial phasing and disappear from the camp, but everything that was happening made him too curious. He had been called the Chosen One, Kenneth assumes that was something to do with Voldemort and some prophecy like the one with Harry, but now he is named as the master and ruler of magic and the preordained one. It was so far from the original plot that if it was not for the connection he had with Nagini he would have thought he had come to a new world.

Without knowing what to do, he did not reply to anything or acknowledge their greetings, Kenneth simply walked past the chief and entered his dwelling. The dwelling was exactly the same as he had in his vision, except this time there was a single additional furniture, an undecorated chair that in no way could fit a horses backside. He took a seat and waited for the chief to come. He did not like the feeling he was currently having, the chief's seer ability made him feel like a puppet at the end of its strings, he felt that he had no control of this surroundings and his own life, like everything was prearranged and it was useless for his to take control of his situation, just like the time he had to watch his family get slaughtered.

"Maste__"

"Stop, just call me Kenneth or Jason, I am a Master to no one nor do I wish to be," interrupted Kenneth as he watched Orius walk in and started to kneel again.

"Forgive me, Master Bone, but I dare not disobey the teaching the passed down by our ancestors since the ancient times," said Orius.

Kenneth stared at the creature, and thought for some time and spoke, "Orius, you give me the feeling that I am part of something much bigger than just me and my loved ones but I am just a single man, I have no ambition, I simply wanted to live my life, a full life, knowing that those that I like and love are safe and those that are trying to hurt those that I like and love, gone."

"This…" Orius frowned; it was not what he expected of the one he was waiting for. Their tribe has passed downed teaching that taught of great danger that was to descend on all living things in the world and how a group of mighty warriors led by a single king rose to protect the world. The stars aligned to the arrival of Master Bones and he even gave off a feeling that he was loved by magic. But Kenneth's response was anything but a statement you get from a person who is a king much less a savior. For the first time in his life, he started to doubt his ancestor's teachings.

It was then he stopped looking at Kenneth as the savior of the world and started looking at him through the eyes of a leader of a race. He saw a human who shows no emotions but was still guarded against him, someone who kept a distance from strangers, and someone who refused to open his thoughts to others.

The centaur sighed to himself and thought, "He has a lot to grow, even if he does save this world it would be in the future, all I can do is to help him along the way."

Orius said to Kenneth, "I understand, but it would not hurt to listen to what I have to say right?"

There was a small pause from Kenneth before he said, "sure." He, too was curious about all the commotion.

"Follow me then," said Orius before turning around and heading out. They did not travel far; just behind the Chiefs dwelling there was a massive boulder with paintings and symbols carved on them.

Orius explain to Kenneth, "The ministry might act like they own this land, but the truth is far from that, they do not have the capability of creating and maintaining such a massive place. The real truth is that this forest existed since the ancient times, the powerful witches and wizards of those times joined hand with other magical creatures and created this sanctuary for all and this, master Bones is the center of it all." Orius walked towards the massive boulder and chanted indiscernible words, the earth below started to tremble as the all the centaurs that was present kneeled, the skies darkened just for a moment before the impossibly heavy boulder started to lift towards the sky.

Kenneth who was watching everything through his soul eye was dumfounded at the shear amount of magic that was at work. What surprised him more was that different purity of magic was coming out of the pit that was being covered by the boulder, his Alicorn rune went on overdrive as it devoured as much magic as it currently possibly can. Kenneth's body trembled as his strength overflowed.
