Embarrassing behavior
“I think I’m about ready to leave,” Lucas informed Madison, his face red from a combination of anger and embarrassment. He could not believe how infuriating Madison was. She had steadfastly refused to allow him to go and had then proceeded to make a big fool at herself, laughing unnecessarily at every little thing, and loudly too. From the side-eye that a lot of people were giving them in the restaurant, he would say that they were not happy about the unnecessary ruckus that she was creating, and neither was he.
“But why, Lucas dear?” She asked, pouting in the most ridiculous way and planting her right hand on his arm while glancing in the direction of the Ethan guy. Lucas fought the urge to shake her hand off and stood up to leave.
“Are you coming or not?”
