Most of his skills are max Leveled and some doesn't even have one, what he is curious about is the unique skills that are full of question marks. He doesn't get what it means nor does he understand what it is, his status keeps growing and growing like in the past before he fell into deep sleep. Originally, his status were around 500-750. But after he obtained the "Cosmic Knowledge"skill, his status keeps on growing even if is doing nothing, no practice or whatsoever. His original status were already higher that professional adventurers as his body is completely different from his peers at the same age, that is how he is able to build an entire empire by himself.
Now, after acquiring the "Cosmic Knowledge"skill, he attained power equivalent that of the entire empires army which is already the best in the world.
'Now that i think about it, is the empire still standing? Does the empire still exist in this era where everything is clearly different?'
