4 He loves a mature woman

"Are you okay? Is it safe?" 

After Isao threw Teshima and the other teacher out of the school, who was bitten and became something other than a human, Kyoko came to him and held him, asking those questions in concern. Naturally, her voice was quiet since she knew those monsters moved based on noise. 

"It should be okay." 

"That's great..." 

Hearing his confirmation, Kyoko sighed in relief before all the power in her body was drained. However, when she was about to fall, his strong arms held her firmly. 

"Are you okay, Sensei?" 

"Ye-Yeah..." Kyoko blushed as she looked at his cornered expression and heard his warm voice. Still, she felt safe in his arms, and if possible, she didn't want him to let her go. Moreover, once again, the thought of his enormous erection pressed against her ripened body constantly emerged in her mind, and she couldn't forget about it, but at the same time, she knew this wasn't the time for that, especially when she couldn't erase her fear and was confused about what was happening.

"I don't know." 

Isao knew the reason, but he needed to pretend that he didn't know. After all, who was he? He was just a "normal" high school student, so how could he tell what happened to those three men outside the gate? Should he say that he knew the plot? If he said that, he believed Kyoko would think of him as sick. 

Kyoko was speechless, but somehow, she hoped Isao would know something since she was just... frightened. 

"But there are two things that I know." 

"Wh-What is it?" 

Looking at the beautiful, mature woman who looked at him like a curious baby, Isao knew he had become her hope. 

"First, they shouldn't be able to see us, and they detect us by sound. If we are quiet, they won't notice us." 

He might have said this before, but as he repeated it, he hoped Kyoko would understand how important this information was. 

"Yeah, I saw that they didn't notice you when you walked behind them." 

When Isao walked behind those "things" quietly, they didn't notice him at all, which made Kyoko believe his words. It was also the reason why her voice had been quiet when she talked to him. "Then, what about the second thing?" 

"The second is the most important." Isao looked at Kyoko's eyes and said solemnly, "If you are bitten by "them," then you will become "them," but as long as you aren't bitten, then it will be fine." 

Yes, if there was a reason why Teshima and the other male teacher became like the man, it was all because they bit each other. Once you were bitten, you would become like "them," but as long as you weren't bitten, you would be okay. 

Kyoko remembered his words firmly. "But what have they become? What are they? Why... all of this happening?" 

"I am not sure, but if I have to say... then it is probably a pandemic." 

"P-Pandemic?" 

"You know? It's like those pandemics that happened in history, such as smallpox, HIV, the Black Death, the Spanish Flu, etc. If there is a reason why all of this happens, then it is the reason." 

(Just for info, "High School of Death" was written in 2006, so there is no COVID).

"Then, what should we do now?" 

Kyoko didn't doubt Isao. Instead, she had complete trust in him since he was so reliable, and his reasoning was so well-founded that she believed everything. Moreover, instead of becoming a zombie, a pandemic was more reasonable.

"Wait," Isao said. 

"Wa-Wait?" Kyoko was startled by his answer. 

"The government must have realized this problem, and they should have an appropriate solution to handle this problem. Moreover, as long as those "things" don't enter the school, we will be fine since no one is affected by this "pandemic" except for those three... I mean in this school." 

Suddenly, his expression became tense as he looked outside the school. "While I don't want to say this, outside the school will probably be in chaos." 

Kyoko's legs became even weaker when she heard Isao's words, but she knew that he was right. The only safe place at that moment was the school, and as long as they didn't let those "things" enter the school, everything was okay. More importantly, as long as they waited for the help to come, they would be alright. 

Wait. 

This was probably their only solution. 

"Yes... we have to wait! Wait until the help is coming..." 

Kyoko never let go of him, and she kept muttering about his solution. 

Looking at Kyoko, Isao shook his head, thinking that whether they were adults or teenagers, they were all the same. No normal person could handle this crazy situation. Still, he was calm, but the reason he could do so was because he knew the plot and he also had the system. 

"So calm down. You don't need to worry, Sensei." 

As he softly caressed her hair, he whispered those words. 

Isao had decided to become a "good person," so he had decided to take care of Kyoko. 

"Tha-Thank you, Iinuma-kun..." 

Kyoko blushed, feeling pathetic that, as an adult, she couldn't do anything but rely on her student. However, what could she do? Being held by him was just comforting. 

"Hey, what are you two doing?!" 

However, someone was just stupid somehow. 

As Isao and Kyoko hugged at the school's entrance, they naturally attracted many eyes. The teachers and those who knew nothing saw all of this and felt confused. The nearby students even whistled loudly at how intimate Isao and Kyoko were. 

"You are a teacher and student! How can you do something so shameless in front of the school?!" 

The vice principal was enraged when he saw how intimate Isao and Kyoko were. 

"V-Vice Principal!" 

Kyoko panicked when she saw how loud the vice principal was, but the vice principal thought that she panicked because everyone knew about her act of molesting her student! 

"Shut up! I will talk with you after this!" 

A vice principal came along with the group of teachers as if they wanted to judge Kyoko and Isao. Many other students watched the act with interest and fun. Some teachers tried to tell them to go back, but how could they return when there was something fun?

"By the way, why are Teshima-sensei and Tanaka-sensei outside? They are so noisy! Someone tell them to go inside!" 

"Wa-Wait! No! Don't let them enter!" 

Kyoko was in a panic when she heard what they were about to do.

"What are you talking about, Hayashi-sensei? Do you have a breakdown after your perverted act is known?" 

Watching Kyoko's reaction, some of them became confused since Kyoko's reaction was so intense. 

"Don't let them enter, please! They're sick!" However, even so, Kyoko tried to stop them since she knew how dangerous those "things" were. 

"Ah, I know!" Suddenly, one of the teachers realized something. "If I am not wrong, you should have a relationship with Teshima-sensei, right?" 

Those words were enough to make everyone realize what was happening. 

"Ah, I see! You are panicked because your boyfriend knows you are cheating!" 

"How can you cheat on your boyfriend with a student!" 

"Poor Teshima-sensei...." 

When this fact was announced, everyone's voice became even louder. 

"No, that's not it! I..." Kyoko felt like her head was overheating, especially when those "things" banged the gate even stronger. 

Yet, watching this reaction from Teshima and the other two outside, they thought that this was the truth. Teshima and the others probably had found out Kyoko had cheated on Teshima to Isao and tried to judge them in front of the school to shame them. Still, when they saw Isao, they had to admit that they understood why Kyoko cheated on Teshima. 

Isao was a handsome young man with short black ruffled hair, black eyes, and light skin. His hair was slicked back, making him appear manly and rugged. He was also pretty tall and had a slim but athletic build. Lastly, this guy was also the smartest in his grade. 

When Isao entered the school for the first time, he became the hottest guy in the school, but they didn't expect that he had an affair with Kyoko, which made everyone startled and surprised by his taste. 

Still, when they saw Kyoko's hot body, they also understood. Moreover, he was also an orphan, which made them understand that he might seek a mother figure from Kyoko. 

Yet, facing this accusation, Kyoko couldn't even say a single thing since no matter what she said, no one believed her and her reddened face caused all of them to think that this was the truth. 

"I... I... I..." 

The anxiety caused her almost to have a mental breakdown. 

However, Isao didn't do anything. He just stood in silence, watching all of this calmly, even if he saw one of the teachers open the gate and lead those "things" inside. 

"AAAAARRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!" 

At that moment, the whole school turned into chaos.

A single chapter in this novel is relatively long, so two chapters took quite a while to write. 

Also, while I know some of you might not like a mature woman, I like it, so please don't blame me. 

Lastly, Isao is a good guy; at least he tries to become one, but being a good guy in this world is hard.
