A great power makes you able to do anything

As the doubt in his heart disappeared, Isao returned to his family, who welcomed him with a smile.

While his fight didn't last that long, it was even over instantly; the aftermath of this fight caused a huge ripple in everyone's heart, especially those who were members of the Demon Slayer Corps. Isao killed those upper-ranking demons who could kill them so easily. When they realized this fact, they understood how weak they were and understood why Kagaya wished to win over Isao. 

Fortunately, after his victory over Daki, Gyutaro, and Akaza, Isao decided to join the Demon Slayer Corps. However, even if he had decided to join, he didn't immediately go to its headquarters; he spent a week doing all of his business in Tokyo.

As usual, Isao had never considered Kagaya to be above him. Unlike the others, who revered Kagaya as someone from a high position, he thought of them as being in the same position. 

Instead of a boss and a subordinate, Isao felt like they were like a business partner. 

Still, even though Isao thought so, he knew that the position of the Demon Slayer Corps was much lower since they hardly gave him anything. 

Well, they did give him money, but except for everyday things, he hardly used that money, especially when his business had given him a lot of money. Moreover, this was something that he should get, especially when he had killed a powerful demon. 

Isao didn't owe the Demon Slayer Corps anything, but in their eyes, he knew that they thought of him differently. He could imagine that they would think of him as a selfish being. 

In their eyes, Isao had power, and he should use that power to kill a demon and help those who were terrorized by the demons. 

At that moment, he was sure that many had this kind of belief toward him.

What was it again?

Famously quoted by the uncle of your everyday hero, "With great power comes great responsibility."

Many might agree, but Isao didn't feel so. 

With great power, you were free to do whatever you wanted. 

This is how it should be. 

Isao used his great power to become a good person. Unfortunately, the majority didn't understand him, but fortunately, he didn't care about their opinions.

Moreover, with his power, everyone in this world should be glad that he wasn't a bad guy, or else he would treat them like a lower being, slaves that could only do his bidding. If he wished to, he could even forcefully hold the three wives of Tengen or Amane in front of their husbands with his ability. Yet, he didn't do that. He had never done any of those despicable things and decided to help others. 

Yet, even if he had helped others, those people still asked him more, which made him so annoyed that he postponed his meetings with the Demon Slayer Corps even further. Even if Kagaya's crows came, he killed them immediately. As for the other Demon Slayer Corps, he directly controlled the police to catch all of them. 

At this moment, no one could say anything to him. 

It might seem like Isao did whatever he wished to, ignoring the feelings of others, but wasn't it their fault to act this way?

Instead, shouldn't they beg him to help them instead of the other way around? 

Fortunately, Kagaya had a good wife, so even though Isao was reluctant to go to the headquarters of the Demon Slayer Corps, Amane took this matter into her own hands and helped her husband to change Isao's decision to ask Kagaya to meet him in Tokyo.

Yet, while the Demon Slayer Corps was in a state of excitement and complexity due to the coming of Isao, the demons' sides were gloomy and depressive. The deaths of Daki, Gyutaro, and Akaza hit everyone, but fortunately, they were able to learn who killed those three. 

"The user of the Flower Breathing and Insect Breathing?" 

When this result was announced, everyone was in doubt, especially Kokushibo and Muzan, who thought that it was the result of the user of the original breathing, the Sun Breathing. 

Yet, the killer of those three was the user of the branch of the original, and one that came from the female side, the Flower Breathing and the Insect Breathing. 

That memory didn't come from Akaza or Daki. Instead, it came from Gyutaro, who wished Muzan and the others to kill Isao in his place. 

Yes, Gyutaro might have died, but it was impossible for him to let go of Isao, and he was going to make Isao the target of everyone. 

"There is no need to worry about such a thing, then," Kokushibo said with ease since no matter how hard those branches tried, they could not reach the level of the original breathing. 

Muzan hesitated for a while, but in the end, he also threw away thoughts about the Demon Slayer who had killed Akaza, Daki, and Gyutaro from his mind.

While this person might have killed Doma, no one liked Doma anyway, so Doma was quickly forgotten.

"Dear, try this. It was delicious," Kanae said as she tried to feed him a bento they bought on the station. 

"Let me try." 

Watching how Kanae fed him happily, Isao thought that being a good guy was tough, especially when he could feel various desires and emotions coming in all directions, wishing to burden him with the important mission of bringing peace to this world. 

Yet, he wouldn't give up! 

His path as a good person was just the beginning! 

As he did so, he glanced at Hinatsuru, Makio, and Suma, who were staring at him.

Noticing his gaze, they quickly looked away with reddened faces. 

Yet, even with such reactions, Isao could see the sadness in their eyes; they were all mourning for their dead husbands. Watching their sadness, he knew that he had to comfort them, but before that, he knew he had to meet Kagaya and his followers first.
