After Sunagakure prepared to provide Karan with 'Death Ninjas', things became much easier.

In accordance with the plan, Inoichi did as he was instructed. Additionally, his meeting with Nara Shikaku and the Shimura Clan had been prearranged.

All the ninjas who had left the Shimura Clan to inform the Hokage and Danzo about Shikaku's report were eliminated by Ino-Shika-Cho.

The movement of the Shimura Clan's leader was also orchestrated by the former head of the Yamanaka Clan, Inoichi's father by using 'Mind Body Switch Technique'. Many other members of the Yamanaka Clan were teleported by Karan. These Yamanaka Clan members controlled the Jonins and Elite Chunins of the Shimura Clan, who had resigned themselves to their fate and were prepared to die. "Yes, I am 100% sure. Not only that, I have also planned to send my subordinates to take over smaller countries in a few years," Uchiha Karan explained.

"And one more thing, remember not to discuss this anywhere else. Anyone you share this with, both you and that person will meet certain death. You can only talk about this matter in front of me," Karan warned.

Everyone was taken aback by Karan's revelation, even though they didn't fully understand what had happened. They trusted Uchiha Karan and knew he wouldn't lie to them.

Fugaku was different he knew that Karan must have used Transcription Seal with ability of his Mangekyo on everyone if they say anything that goes against Karan's wishes then they will die due to ability of Mangekyo that Karan used on everyone.

Afterward, everyone in the room, except for Ino-Shika-Cho, who were teleported back to their homes by Uchiha Karan, left.

As Hiruzen had instructed, he called for a meeting in the afternoon and announced the defection of the Shimura Clan members.

"Next, I would like to discuss the topic of the next Hokage for our village. I, as the Hokage, have failed to fulfill my duties properly, so I am resigning from the position of Hokage," Hiruzen stated.

"No, Hokage-Sama, you have always done a splendid job governing Konoha village. You should not resign from the Hokage position," one of the Jonins protested.

Many others also expressed their agreement with this Jonin.

"Will you all just be quiet? You know, as well as I do, that he is resigning because of his own actions. So, sit down and let him speak, so that our times can be saved," Uchiha Karan's voice rang out.

After Uchiha Karan spoke, everyone in the meeting room fell silent. Although he had withdrawn from the race for Hokage, his strength far surpassed theirs, and no one in the room dared to challenge him.

Hiruzen continued, "After my resignation, this village requires a new Hokage, and there are several candidates worthy of the position. I will announce the candidates: Namikaze Minato, Orochimaru, and Uchiha Fugaku. There are other worthy candidates for the Hokage position as well, but they have voluntarily withdrawn from the race for Hokage."

Everyone nodded and concurred with Hiruzen's words.

Hiruzen said, "You can vote for the candidate you want to become the Hokage by raising your hands. The first candidate for the Hokage position is Namikaze Minato." After mentioning Minato's name, Hiruzen raised his hand, showing his support for Minato as the next Hokage candidate.

Upon seeing Hiruzen's endorsement of Minato, almost everyone raised their hands. It was clear that Minato had unanimous support, and no further voting was required. Minato was elected as the next Hokage by default.

"I will inform the Daimyo about this, and once he approves Minato as the next Hokage, Minato will assume the office of Hokage and become the Fourth Hokage," announced Hiruzen.

With that, today's meeting concluded, and everyone left the Hokage building. Just as Uchiha Karan was nearing the Uchiha Clan compound, Aiko appeared in front of him and said, "Master Karan, there is urgent news."

"Hmm, tell me while we walk," replied Uchiha Karan.

Aiko nodded and walked alongside Karan, saying, "Master Karan, Danzo has left Konoha with his ROOT ninjas."

"He left Konoha? Do we have any information about his destination?" inquired Uchiha Karan.

"No, we don't have any information on that," replied Aiko.

Uchiha Karan fell into deep thought, pondering where Danzo might have gone. He began to recap the events of Naruto, and suddenly, he remembered that around this time, Danzo had gone to Amegakure. He had allied with Hanzo, forced Yahiko to commit suicide, and left Nagato disabled.

"Go and gather everyone. All five of you, meet me in my office," ordered Uchiha Karan.

Aiko nodded and promptly left to summon the others.
