Karan then departed, and with his departure, all the Uchiha ninjas also left, as they needed to move swiftly.

Karan proceeded to a secluded location, where he gathered with his subordinates, and asked, "Did you send that Chunin?"

"Yes, Master Karan. After you controlled him through the Sharingan, he became like a puppet. Hiroshi is monitoring him for his safety, and Nakamura and Matsuda will join him, ensuring his demise once he completes his task," Emiko replied.

"Hmm," Karan nodded upon hearing Emiko's words, and then inquired, "What about those Jonins? Are they showing any signs of hesitation?"

"No, Master Karan. Coincidentally, they were trained by Takashi, an Elite Jonin. Upon learning about what happened to Takashi, they were furious and I believe they will give their utmost effort in our endeavor," Aiko reported.

"Hmm. Prepare yourselves, we will depart immediately," Karan commanded.

Within fifteen minutes, everyone was prepared and ready to embark on the journey to the battlefield.

Inside the camp of Konoha, within the tent of the army chief, Sarutobi Shinnosuke sat on the main seat, surrounded by representatives from other families.

"Those wretched Uchiha clan members not only managed to survive but also repelled the army of Kirigakure, resulting in the loss of our family members," expressed a Jonin from the Utatane clan.

"Not only that, they haven't even arrived at the camp yet and seem to be avoiding their responsibilities," added a member of the Mitokado family.

"Uncle is correct about the Uchiha clan. To maintain peace in the village of Konoha, they should be eradicated," spoke one of the Shimura clan ninjas, who, upon careful observation, bore a striking resemblance to Danzo.

"Enough! Uchiha clan members are still part of Konoha. While it's true that some have strayed from the Will of Fire, it is our duty to guide them back onto the right path," Shinnosuke stated firmly.

Suddenly, a commotion arose outside the camp. Shinnosuke instructed one of the Jonins, "Go and investigate the situation."

The Jonin nodded and went outside to investigate. After a few minutes, he returned with the body of a ninja, dressed in Uchiha attire.

Shinnosuke appeared puzzled and turned to the Jonin, seeking an explanation. The Jonin spoke, "A short while ago, this ninja arrived at the camp and informed us that a small team from the Uchiha clan, consisting of two Jonins, was intercepted by a group of 10 Jonins from Kirigakure. The enemy forces numbered around 200. The Uchiha team was overwhelmed, and the fallen ninja's teammate sacrificed themselves to buy him time to escape. Meanwhile, the remaining Uchiha clan members, led by Uchiha Karan, launched an attack on the rear of the Kirigakure camp. Their intent was to seek revenge and provoke an active response from the enemy, thus continuing their vengeance and establishing a reputation on the battlefield."

"What?!" Shinnosuke exclaimed, rising from his seat. "Have they lost their minds? What do they hope to achieve? This will only escalate the war, leading to unnecessary casualties. Why would they act in such a manner in the first place?" Shinnosuke questioned, expressing his confusion.

"Before dying, he made two seals like this," the Jonin stated, revealing the seals created by the Uchiha ninja before his demise.

Several knowledgeable Jonins, familiar with the seal, stood up and confirmed, "It appears that what the Uchiha ninja said is indeed true."

Shinnosuke also nodded in agreement upon examining the seals.

"But how did he die?" Shinnosuke inquired.

"He was killed from a distance by someone utilizing water ninjutsu," replied the Jonin.

"It seems that someone must have pursued him all the way to our Konoha camp. But what else can you expect from assassin lunatics?" Shinnosuke remarked.

With determination in his eyes, Shinnosuke realized that the time had come to achieve a meritorious service and establish his own identity rather than being known solely as the Hokage's son.

"Immediately gather an army of 400 ninjas. I will personally lead this force to rescue our comrades from Kirigakure," declared Shinnosuke.

While it was evident that Shinnosuke had self-serving motives behind his decision, they were still allies, and as the chief of the army, his orders were to be obeyed without question.

With the team of ninjas assembled, they were prepared to rescue the Uchiha clan members.

Meanwhile, in Kirigakure, a tip was received from their spy, revealing that a group of 30 ninjas from the Uchiha clan was heading towards the Konoha camp. Additionally, the remaining Uchiha clan members were attacking the rear of Kirigakure, led by Uchiha Karan and his elite subordinates.

Upon receiving this information, Yagura, the chief of Kirigakure, ordered an investigation. They were able to confirm the movement of the Uchiha clan's 30-ninja team towards the Konoha camp. Yagura promptly instructed Jinpachi Munashi to lead 300 ninjas to eliminate the Uchiha clan members. This decision was made to ensure the elimination of the Uchiha clan without any complications. Furthermore, even if the Konoha camp became alerted, the 300 ninjas would be able to retreat easily.
