It has been a day since the army of Konoha arrived at the border of the Fire Country. At this moment, Uchiha Karan and his followers were sitting in his tent, discussing something, when a ninja came outside his tent. "Come in," said Karan.
The ninja entered and said, "Uchiha Karan, the Commander-in-Chief has given orders to patrol the periphery of the stronghold with your team."
Karan nodded and took the scroll containing the orders from the Commander-in-Chief. He read it and noticed that it was signed by 'Torifu Akimichi.' "Okay, I will patrol the periphery of our stronghold regularly and at the assigned time," he said. After saying that, he handed the scroll to his subordinates for them to read.
After Karan acknowledged the order, the informing ninja left.
As soon as the ninja left, Aiko said, "This is a pure conspiracy to assign you to patrol the periphery of the stronghold, and on top of that, at night. It is clearly a conspiracy."

Once the previous team had left, Karan and his team continued their patrol.
Somewhere in the forest, a team of ten people dressed in ANBU attire was traveling. The captain of the team spoke, "Remember, our mission is to kill Uchiha Karan, the son of the elder and deputy captain of the police force. If we eliminate him, it may provoke an emotional response from Takoma's people. Ninja who are emotionally unstable are easier to defeat. So, remember, our mission is of utmost importance."

The leading captain said, "Go, don't leave a single one alive."
On the other side, Karan said, "You all go ahead and fight the Chunins. Leave those Jonins to me."
Upon receiving Karan's orders, they immediately took action. Although their vision was restricted due to the fog, they had practiced breathing techniques that enhanced their other senses, such as smell and hearing.
They swiftly selected their targets and launched their attacks.

As I approached the Chunin, twenty meters away, I swiftly executed the Thunder Breathing First Form: Thunderclap and Flash. Before the enemy Chunin could react, his head was separated from his body, and I stood behind him, sheathing my katana. The sight of their comrade being killed so easily made the other Chunin immediately become serious and alert. I looked in his direction, assumed my breathing stance, and unleashed the Thunder Breathing First Form: Thunderclap and Flash again. However, this time the experienced Anbu Chunin managed to dodge, though he still lost his arm in the process. "You're lucky," I said, but I knew it wouldn't last. Without hesitation, I utilized the Thunder Breathing Third Form: Thunder Swarm, executing three powerful combos. The Chunin was swiftly killed, unable to retaliate.

From Emiko's point of view:
I selected a Chunin and swiftly engaged him with the Water Breathing First Form: Water Surface Slash. As my attack connected, the Chunin attempted to parry it with his Kunai. However, the sheer force behind my strike threw him back, nearly destroying his Kunai in the process. In that moment, his attention shifted towards Aiko, who was in the midst of battling his teammate, creating an opening. Sensing the opportunity, I prepared to attack him, but before I could strike, he utilized the Substitute technique, and a wooden log replaced the spot where I had aimed my attack.
Turning my attention back to the Chunin, I found myself under a barrage of Kunai being thrown in my direction. Without hesitation, I assumed my stance and employed the Water Breathing Third Form: Flowing Dance. It was like a dance as I effortlessly cut through every Kunai, and in a final swift motion, I severed both his hands and his head.
