11 Unexpected surprises :)

After 1 month

"AAHHHHHH!"

A woman's donations now filled the entire hospital corridor, and a seven-year-old boy could be seen pacing back and forth at the door of the delivery room. this boy was of course Itachi

Her mother was giving birth at the moment and her father was with her, so she was not allowed in because she was too young. but who knew he had an adult mind but there was a mess inside him

'It will be my brother! will be my brother! It will be my brother!...' he was going back and forth while repeating 'Is it going to be okay with my mom too? I hope both my mother and my sibling are healthy...' a baby crying voice interrupted her thoughts

"WAAHH! WAAHH!"

When Itachi heard his newborn brother's voice, it seemed as if he had heard the most beautiful voice in the world for him, and he had such a happy smile on his face that any young girl would truly love it.

While Itachi was smiling, waiting for a nurse to call him, he suddenly heard his mother shout again and the doctor said.

"AAHHHHHH!"

"There's one more baby... you're going to have twins, ma'am, please hold on a little longer!"

"I'm trying Ahhhhh!.."

When Itachi heard these, "HE WILL BE MY TWO-TWO B-BROTHERS?" He didn't even know what to think. He was already very happy to have a sibling, but now he heard that he would have a Twin sibling, which brought to light the old feelings he had felt in his heart before.

Itachi felt a sudden headache as he burst into emotion, his head was throbbing and he was on his knees, luckily there was no one in the hallway or they would have thought something had happened to him.

While this was happening, Itachi noticed that his vision was blurred and he felt something running down his cheeks. He thought it was torn, but when he used his hand to wipe the incoming liquid, he saw that instead of tears, it was blood.

With a sudden reaction, Itachi said, "II-If this is not.." Itachi stood up, relying on the headache to see the answer with his own eyes, hid his eyes with his forearm, and started walking briskly towards the sink.

When he reached the sink, after making sure that there was no one inside, he walked over to the mirror of the corner sink with his eyes closed and used both palms to fill it with water and wash his face.

After doing that, he slowly lifted his head to look at her face, and his face looked the same as always, except that when Itachi looked into his red eyes, he saw two comma-like black dots rotating inside his usual red eyes

"SHARINGAN!!" Itachi said with a shocked expression on his face.

"I have Sharingan in this world as well as two tomoe, how come? I woke the Sharingan even though I couldn't do any Jutsu" Itachi muttered as he thought about the previous confusion.

'But before I understand this, I must check if the Sharingan's function is the same'

Itachi closed and opened his eyes, trying to close the Sharingan by sending chakra to his eyes, his eyes returned to their usual state, sending chakra back into his eyes, activating his Sharingan again.

He did not see any abnormality in his Sharingan, he could control it in the same way as his previous Sharingan. To understand better, he applied chakra to his eyes this time to feel the chakras around him.

His vision was red and he saw dots of light floating around him for a while, he was sure it was the people's chakra, he could feel a small amount of chakra in most, if not all, of the people.

After doing this, he closed the Sharingan again and looked at herself in the mirror.

' I have to keep this a secret from both my parents and even my siblings...it's nothing but an anomaly for people in this world

If own find out about my Sharingan, they won't even hesitate to experiment to learn all its secrets, because wherever they are, human beings have always been greedy and will do anything for power'

Looking at his determined expression, Itachi started to walk briskly towards the delivery room despite the slight headache, this time Itachi hurried to see his brothers.

When Itachi reached the door of the delivery room, he saw that his mother, whose hair was messy with sweat, was breastfeeding while holding one of her brothers in her hands, and the other brother was crying in his father's hands. His father was trying to silence his brother, but he couldn't, finally realizing Itachi, his mother called Itachi.

"Oh! Chi-chan comes to see your cute little siblings " her mother said with a slightly tired smile this birth had exhausted her.

Itachi started to walk slowly through the door of the delivery room, a small smile noticed on his face, he walked towards his father and held out his hands to take his crying brother from his father.

"Oto-san let me calm him down," he told his father

"Ehh! B-But it was almost time for me to calm him down anyway, right Sae-chan?" his father said when he touched Itachi's sister's nose with his index finger

"WAAAAHHHHH!" But her daughter's reaction, making everyone's ears bleed, said the opposite.

Daddy took one last look at his daughter then '*sniff* why doesn't anyone love me *sniff*' with tears flowing through him handed his sister to Itachi

When Itachi took his sister from his father's hand ' *sigh* I know what you're thinking old man' Itachi knew more or less about his father's character through years of experience with his father

Itachi turned his attention to his sister in her hands, looked into her eyes with a happy smile, and her sister stopped crying slowly and made eye contact with Itachi, and after a few seconds of silence, it was her sister who reacted first.

"Ehe~hehe~" a small chuckle and a cute baby smile on his little face waving his little hands towards Itachi. Itachi responded to his reaction and held out his index finger for him to grab it while his sister grabbed it and happily continued to chuckle "ehe~ehehe~"

Seeing the interaction between her mother Itachi and her sister, she sarcastically said, "Ara~ara Chi-chan knows how to make a girl happy"

Itachi ignored what his mother said and continued to play with his sister.

'Ha! This brat dares to ignore what his mother said' his mother thought as a vein appeared on her forehead

Just as she was about to speak her thoughts out loud, she saw Sasuke in her arms fall asleep.

Realizing this, he slowly stopped her from breastfeeding, gave it to the nurse next to her, then called Itachi, "Oi, Chi-chan, it's Sae-chan's turn to nurse bring her here before she starts crying," her mother told Itachi in a slightly low voice

Itachi gently handed her sister to her mother without crying as she led her to her mother.

"Spend some time with Sasu-chan while I feed your sister," her mother said

"Oh, S-Sasu-Chan?" Itachi said looking at his other brother

"Yeah, Sasu-chan, what happened, or did you quickly forget the name you chose? Hıs mother said with a mocking smile as she breastfed Itachi's sister.

"Of course I haven't forgotten" Itachi replied immediately

But the thing that surprised hıs is that her parents gave her two names to her siblings, and she said a boy's and a girl's names because she thought it would be a sibling in the first place.

But to his family's surprise, he wasn't looking at the murder of the baby and there were no plans for twins to be born at birth. Itachi thought that at least they would choose one name that he chose and the other one that they would choose themselves, but his parents gave their siblings the two names he said. "Why?" Itachi muttered softly.

But her mother heard what she said, "Hmm, why are you saying that we gave you two names that you chose? We didn't all expect that there would be two babies. When your siblings were born, we were going to give one of them the name you chose.

But since it's both a boy and a girl, we thought why not give both names, and I'm not sure if any other names would suit them better than the ones you chose." His mother said with a smile.

Instead of answering, Itachi just nodded, then slowly stretched out his hands to the nurse, picked up Sasuke who was sleeping innocently and watched him with a happy smile.

One of the first things Itachi noticed was that it was very similar to Sasuke's infancy from Sasuke's previous world, but he was holding her tightly in his hands without any discomfort.

"Don't worry Sasuke no matter what I will protect you and Sae from all dangers in this world"

This time, Itachi renews his vow with a strong determination beside his newborn siblings. Itachi was doing this while his Sharingan was active. Itachi took his siblings in his hands from the very beginning, while hiding the Sharingan from his parents, he recorded the happy memories of his siblings' first birth with the Sharingan to the furthest point of his brain.
