21 Bound by snakes
Kaname saw her brother standing behind her, the first thing she took notice of, is that he got taller. Ryuichi now stood at 185cm (~6ft), his body under standard Konoha jōnin uniform became a little skinny, his face was scarred by an old blade wound going from the left side of his cheek, through the middle of his nose, up to the right side of his forehead. He kept his hair the same way Kaname remembered him with - a short-black, a little spikey combed to the left side of his face. Then she saw his eyes, the girl expected to see red blood Sharingan, but his iris had thick black rims with a red complex design in the middle. "Fuck! Retreat! It's the Vermillion Ryuichi!" Kumo jōnin shouted out.
"No... I will not let you run away, hurting my little sis, is unforgivable." Ryuichi replied calmly.
All projectiles that were floating near Kaname slowly turned around. In a burst of speed, they were returned to the senders. Kaname heard at least fifteen cries of pain. In just a moment, only enemy jōnin was left alive.
"Fuck you! I know of your powers, I know I'm under genjutsu already… One thing, before you kill me. All members of your clan are monsters, I hope you all perish!" he finished, Kaname saw his head rotate full 360 degrees - ending his life.
"Well... nice to see you, Aniki, eh… What the fuck was that? Ouch!" her brother flicked her forehead with a chakra-powered finger.
"Language Little Squirt, we will talk about it later. I see you already activated your eyes, and they already have second tomoe, not bad."
"Second? Ah, probably because of the fight."
"Now, I want you to try to hide from mom. She is mad as hell, not at you... mostly; but she is scary nonetheless. Mom heard you almost died on your first mission. Eight jōnins got heavily wounded, attempting to stop her from going to Konoha and killing everyone responsible for sending you on a mission." he warned.
"*Gulp* Hehehe, I'm sorry?"
"Battle is almost finished let's go back, where is your friend?"
"He got thrown off somewhere with the last lightning jutsu, I heard him scream from somewhere out there." Kaname pointed her finger, she got picked up under his arm and like always her legs and hands hanging down.
"You got heavier Little Squirt. Okay, let's get your teammate and go to the camp. Hmm?" Ryuichi, with his superior eyesight, noticed a single brown-skinned individual charging from enemy's camp at four hundred Konoha ninja.
"Ah… fuck." her brother swore.
"Language, Aniki!" Kaname said playfully hitting him under his rib.
"No, you don't understand - we lost… See this brown dot? It's their jinchūriki."
"A what?"
"Watch and learn..."
When the brown-skinned man got closer to the last remaining fighters, his body started ejecting red aura around itself. A second later, his figure changed shape to look like a crossover between a bull and octopus, the monster became bigger and bigger, to finally turn into a massive mountain-sized beast.
"Ahh… I think I saw almost everything now, I need to see ghosts, zombies, and aliens to finish my list. Does the Konoha has a jinchūriki as well?" Kaname asked.
"Yes and no, our jinchūriki can't fully transform into her Bijū form, but still she got massive chakra reserves. Our army is retreating, we need to go." Ryuichi took the unconscious Takeshi under his other arm and bolted back to the camp.
"I will leave you at the field hospital, I hope mom won't find you in tons of people that will land there today. I need to go meet with Jiraya-san. I will get you tomorrow morning, go rest for now." he said, landing with two hanging bodies under his arms.

After a short nap, she was woken up as someone was playfully tapping her left cheek. She opened her eyes only to see Anko grinning at her.
"Hi, Anko-chan, what the heck are you doing here? Didn't you go to the west frontline with your Sensei?" she asked.
"Hehehe, we heard you had some cow problems, so my Sensei came to help. Right now they are debating what they should do, are you up for a spy mission?" Anko asked with a big smile on her face.
"Hahaha, you always come up with the most brilliant ideas, Anko-chan. Give me a second to prepare."
Both girls swiftly found the biggest command tent in the camp. Kaname barely heard the voices of at least ten people hardly debating their next move.
"Jiraya-chan, both of uss~ can sstop~ Hachibi from rampaging, while the army takess~ down enemy camp." said a snake-like voice.
"Orochimaru, it's not whether we can do it or not, our army is too tired to attack again. Our wounded soldiers are still arriving at the hospital," replied Jiraya.
"Bah, will you wait for the enemy to get their reinforcementss~? And then what? Next bloodbath? Not that I mind it too much, Fufufu."
"Ryuichi, you were there, what do you think?"
'Mom's voice?' Kaname thought.
"Our soldiers need to rest, we lost almost half of our troops because of a single stupid Daimyo's order. We don't have the men to push once again through the bridge." she heard the voice of her brother.
"Yeah, and that your little sister was on a battlefield, and almost got killed doesn't influence your opinion," a male's voice sarcastically shot back.
"You met her?! Where is my Little Butterfly?!" that was surely her mom.
"Fufufu, don't worry, Sachi-chan, I ssmell~ my Anko-chan nearby with ssomeone~ next to her…"
"Fuck! Run!" Anko yelled out.
They didn't stand a chance, half a second later, both genins were bound with snakes slithering around their bodies. Soon they were lying on the ground between many eyes glaring at them.
"Hehehe, that was fun! Hi mommy!" Kaname greeted her red-eyed glaring mother.
"*Growl* We will talk later, Kaname," Sachi replied.
"*Gulp*. I am sorry?"
"Ehh, I told you to hide Little Squirt, not to jump into Lioness Maw."
"So Kana-chan, why were you spying on us? Lacking adrenaline from yesterday?" Jiraya inquired funnily.
"I have got a question," Kaname said.
"Yes?" replied white-haired man.
"It's to Orochimaru-san. You are a snake summoner, right?"
"Fufufu, yess~ I am, why?"
"I remember you summoning a big ass triple-headed snake. As I see it, the biggest losses we suffered were on the bridge. I heard it's the only crossing available with no other alternative closeby. So why not make our bridge with one of your summons? Not right beside the base and not for the entire army, just away from prying eyes with a small force of elite ninjas, that would capture the camp, when the enemy would defend their bridge from the diversion, we could stop their reinforcements from coming to the frontlines."
"Hmm, Manda would eat uss~ all if I assked~ if he would sserve~ as a bridge, but the ssmaller~ brotherss~ of hiss~ sshould~ be able to do it. Undercover of the night, we can get to their camp and massacre~ all of the unssuspecting~ soldierss~." the white-faced Sannin nodded his head, "Fufufu, I like you, girl. You are sso~ ruthless~, jusst~ like me. Hmm, I would like for you to join me on thiss~ expedition."
Kaname nodded her head at every sentence of Orochimaru until he spoke the last one. "Wait?! What?!" she screamed as she understood his request, Kaname noticed Orochimaru's grinning towards her.
"Hokage's orderss~, Fufufu." he laughed sinisterly.
