Chapter 1: Awakening

"Hey, where are you going Aiden?" A boy around 19 years old said rhetorically. "We just want to play". There was seemed to be around 12 boys surrounding the one who just talked and all of them snickered after hearing the words.

On the other side of the wherehouse A boy seen to be bruised and cut all over his body ran frantically trying to find the exit but to no avail.

"Come on Aiden this isn't any fun" A burly man exclaimed before running towards him and throwing a punch.

This punch knocked Aiden down and made him slide until he stopped after hitting a wall.

Blood started to gush out from Aiden's head and he lay there, silent and unconscious.

"Shit, I guess we can't play with him anymore the leader said" no sign of remorse could be heard from his words

Aiden's body slightly trembled with rage but no on noticed it

< Do you want power > a mechanical voice sounded in Aiden's head

'What the hell' Aiden thought

< Do you want power to take revenge >

'What's going on' Aiden thought

< You have around 12 seconds left to live do you want the power to take revenge or die a pathetic death >

'Fuck it, give me the power' Aiden said mentally after hearing about his death even if it killed him he wanted this revenge for so long

An ominously dark light started to be emitted from Aiden's body and his wounds started healing at a rate visible to the naked eye

At this point the leader of the group turned with a look of fear on his face

Aiden silently raised up from the ground with dark mist like tentacles surrounding him
