I'm a Disney Princess

"Oh I'm ready to know what the people know. Ask them some questions and get some answers." Darylle sang along with Ariel on his phone as he washed his white uniform. It was a typical Friday afternoon for him.

He and his friends were planning to visit a dear friend who just celebrated her birthday last Saturday. But Mich can't go. So they decided to reschedule it.

And now he's here, too tired to go out and too bored to do nothing. So he started his favorite Disney playlist on YouTube and do the laundry.

Aside from his clothes, he need to wash his make-up brushes as well. He's not a professional make-up artist. Though he accepts make-up bookings sometimes.

Inspite of having good friends and a hobby to keep him preoccupied with life, Darylle wished for someone to love him. Someone who he can play online games with and someone whom he can be with on a beach in sunny afternoon.

Sure Darylle had been in a relationship. But not really a good one. The last one he had was with a guy who was quite self-centered. He broke up with him days after his birthday so he can focus for his graduation and the boards. Months after, he found out that his ex was cheating on him before he broke up with him. It was a relief for him.

But after that, Darylle felt hopeless that he will never find a guy who will love him whole-heartedly. That his prince will never come.

Yet now, here he is. Hoping for his prince to come again.

Elsa was screaming at the top of her lungs with her famous song as Darylle was done with his white uniforms and started washing his shirts.

"The cold never bothered me anyway."

But it did bother him. Darylle thought he would not crave for such love again. Maybe he should start hiding posts from his friends about their relationships.

Still, wouldn't it be nice if you have someone with you other than your friends and family. He thought to himself as he squeezed his red shirt out of bubbles.

Well the princess didn't go out looking for love, they were doing their own thing and found love on their way. He thought to himself again and smiled. He put the red shirt to the side of the basin and picked up a handful of lather on his hands.

"I'm wishing for the one I love, to find me today." He wished and blew the bubbles on his hand, though it didn't fly in the air just like in the movies.

But one thing is for sure. Some fairy tales started with a wish. And Darylle just started his own story.
