ShanQiyi wears revealing clothes to seduce MuChen, since seducing did not work, she is trying to curry favor with the boss by disciplining a disrespectful lady.

Without waiting for any words from the senior management, after all, no one usually stops her in whatever she does because she was recommended by MuChen aunt.

Rumors, circulating that she would be soon engaged to MuChen so they can't even reprimand her for not doing her works and for wearing inappropriate clothes at work.

She approached XiennaYan, harshly grabbed her left shoulder, directly where it was shot, her fingernails dug into her wound.

"ooouuuuccccchhh" XiennaYan painfully shouted as she gripped at the hand. Turning back she sees a bunch of higher-up people behind her including the woman who grabbed her shoulder.

"heh, don't overreact, I only held your shoulder slightly, and don't you know how to greet our Ceo and senior management, you're being rude, what department are you form."

Before she could even react, she felt someone touch her carefully, removed the hands that were holding her shoulder, and worriedly asked.

"are you alright?" MuChen asked, but then on her white blouse, red patched appear and spread more. "what happened to this?" he asked then, looked at XuTao "call the driver, park directly at the entrance and to contact Dr. Wong at A.S Hospital, tell him will be there in 15minutes." as he took off his blazer to cover the blood and pressed the lift button.

The higher-ups were shocked by their boss's action he seems to know her very well, and what happened to her, why was she bleeding. What shocked them more was the scene they witness.

"No, I'm alright, I don't need to go to the hospital." answering back as she endures the pain.

"What do you mean your alright, your bleeding." he coldly says

"No its fine, I can just go back to the apartment, I have medicine, I can patch it on my own."

"No, the bleeding indicates it's a serious wound. we will go to the hospital" he insisted.

"it's not serious, the wound just reopens back. it only needs a medicine application for it to close back and I have it at home." she insisted

The lift open, before going inside, he made her choose

"you choose, we go to the hospital or ..." he was unable to finish what he was about to say as she cut him off.

"of course hospital" she readily agreed, stopping him at what he was about to suggest.

Left dumbfounded at what they've witnessed were the senior managers, their assistance, ShanQiyi, LingXian, and other employees nearby who heard XiennaYan shout.

Inside the lift, XuTao wanted to stay behind, for him it was the biggest mistake being together with his boss and the lady he meets on his last blind date. He felt as if he is a big light bulb of the two, he just stands at the corner in the elevator, as his boss keeps on asking for information regarding the wound, and even tried to open a button of her blouse but was successfully stop.

At A.S Hospital

Inside Dr. Wong's infirmary, he was shocked, he thought that the one that was injured was MuChen, but to his surprise, he bought a bloody gorgeous lady. Though the bloody part is too literal, before asking questions, he proceeds with his work in stopping the blood.

Checking the wound, he notices that it was caused by a gunshot, even though it was healing fast it was not good enough to cover and have a stronger layer of skin tissue.

Even if the wound is healing fast, he can still determine that the bruising around the surface is still fresh and it approximately looked like it was just 1-2 days old. As he finished stitching the wound, he patched it before binding, just to secure that it'll not get infected.

Before Dr. Wong, could even ask how did she got wounded, MuChen asked her directly startling XuTao and him.

"How did you got shot?" MuChen said demanding to get a truthful answer.

She was about to deny that it was not a gunshot wound when he said again "I know what a gunshot wound looks like when I see one, you can't lie saying it was an arrow or anything. I'm sure that is a gunshot wound."

Dr. Wong and XuTao nodded their head in agreement.

As she doesn't have an option but to lie again, she said the same story she told her grandma, adding some information.

"After that blind date, I received a message from a friend that she is currently in C city for a night, and she would like to hang out before going back to M city. She has never been to C city before, so I accompanied her and toured for the night. When we arrived at Shan Park, I remember that Lan bar was near the area, checking online we found out it is only 2 blocks away, so we just decided to walk since it wasn't that far. We were almost near Lan bar when 3 men started following us from behind and tried to hit on us. We just ignored them at first, then one of them took a gun and told us that we must go with them, saying 'you'll enjoy being with us, and will get hooked to it'. We know what they were trying to tell us, so instead of going with them we risked our self and run as fast as we can after all if we were almost near the bar we know someone can help us. As there will be a lot of cab drivers waiting to get passengers from that area. When we were running we heard them run after us and even started firing their gun, my friend was startled and fell down on her knee, when I look back at her, I was shot, I didn't know that they were aiming at us. Luckily cab drivers heard the gunshot and notice us just across the street and were able to help us. We didn't go to a hospital just went to my grandpa's Medicine hall, he was the one who took care of me.

After explaining everything, Dr. Wong was the first one to react. "Is your grandpa Si WenYao?

"yes, why?" she asked

"I've been one of his apprentices."

After finishing all the necessary procedures, she was advised to take a week of rest. On the way home, she received a message from LingXian, saying she could take a week's rest before she can start working. She wasn't sure if she should ask, but still did anyway.

"you're the CEO of Yang Corporation?"

"you're mad?"

"why?"

He then looked at her with an eye, and just continued to stay silent. Until they arrived at the apartment garage. As she was getting out of his car, he then said, "I'll check on you from time to time."
